Sypher interface is simple to navigate and customer support is quick and helpful. Overall it really helps us save time.
Cons
Well I feel like it would have been useful to have reports such as data mapping available in the specific format requested by the Romanian authorities.

From the outset the main features included the ability to document all existing processes and operations allowing quick interaction between our consulting team and the beneficiary team.
Cons

“Very effective product”
Pros
The software is user friendly and helps us maintain evidence of data processing. Also the process and activity mapping tools are very useful and the Data Subject Request Manager is another feature I really like. One of my favorite features is the Cookie Consent Manager which is very easy to integrate into your website.
Cons
I would like it more if the process of reviewing items added by users could be made quicker.
