Syskit Point Features
Inventory
Syskit Point gives you a full view of everything inside your Microsoft 365 environment such as Teams, SharePoint sites, OneDrives, users, and more. This helps you know exactly what exists, who owns it, and how it’s being used, all in one place.
Reporting
Syskit Point offers ready-made and customizable reports that show user activity, external sharing, permission levels, and storage usage. These reports help you track changes, spot risks, and stay prepared for audits without spending hours gathering data manually.
Access Management
With Syskit Point, you can easily see and control who has access to what. You can manage permissions, remove unnecessary access, and stop oversharing. This keeps your files and data secure and ensures that only the right people can view or edit them.
Auditing
Syskit Point tracks every important action like permission changes, file sharing, or user activity across your Microsoft 365 setup. This makes it easy to see who did what and when, which is helpful for staying compliant and investigating issues when needed.
Alerts
Syskit Point sends you alerts when something unusual happens, like if sensitive files are shared externally or if permissions change suddenly. These alerts help you act quickly, fix problems early, and reduce the risk of data leaks or security breaches.
Provisioning
The platform allows you to set up new workspaces like Microsoft Teams or SharePoint sites using templates and approval workflows. This ensures that everything is created following company rules, with the right names, settings, and permissions from the start.
Automated Governance
Syskit Point helps you automate routine tasks like access reviews, policy checks, and workspace cleanup. Instead of handling these manually, the system follows rules you set to keep things tidy, secure, and compliant, saving time and reducing human error.
