Poor tool!

Pros

I've been using it and honestly, it's pretty disappointing. The range of tools available is quite limited and when you're trying to identify and assess organizational risks, you really need more comprehensive features. It just doesn't deliver what you'd expect from a proper risk management solution and the functionality gaps are really noticeable.

Cons

The interface could definitely use some work and I wish there were more customization options available. Customer support has been pretty slow to respond which can be frustrating when you need help quickly.

Pros

I really appreciate how it delivers up-to-date audit visualizations that help drive business growth. The reporting features make it much easier to track our progress and identify areas for improvement.

It doesn't matter what industry you're in or how big your company is and this tool adapts to work for you. The real-time monitoring feature has been a game-changer for us. Cons
