“Customers want more transparency”
Pros
This software makes it super easy to report on our own activities and track our supply chain's actions. The best part? We can document requests (a lot of them are really similar) once and share them with multiple people. This "report your ESG once" logic saves so much time and keeps things consistent. Without it, I'd be spending hours reporting the same info in different requests. Now, I just point to our documentation and our customers see that we've put the work in and asked our supply chain to do the same. Everything's in one place.
Cons
It's not really a problem with Sustainabill itself, it's more about supplier engagement. Some suppliers are eager to report because they understand and care about sustainability but others have almost nothing to share. Getting those suppliers on board is tough. But I'm confident that in the next year or two, more companies will take ESG seriously and engagement will improve or those that don't will struggle to stay relevant in the industry.
