Getting used to it but needs improvements

Pros

When I first started using it I did not fully understand everything it could do. But after spending more time with it I've gotten used to the platform and now I can really appreciate the features that I didn't notice or understand during my first experience using it.

Cons

I still feel like some of the features and services are limited for my needs. While it works well overall there are a few things I wish it offered. I am hoping future updates will add more functionality and fix the areas where I feel the platform is currently lacking.

smooth to use with no complaints

Pros

It is super easy to use and very interactive. Scheduling appointments through it feels smooth. The interface is user-friendly and simple to understand which makes managing bookings a lot less stressful for me.

Cons

honestly I don't have any complaints about it. From my experience it works exactly the way I need it to. everything runs smoothly and it does its job really well so I am completely satisfied with it.

appointment notifications direct to phone

Pros

i really like that all my appointments send notifications directly to my phone. Because of that I am always aware of my upcoming bookings and I can stay fully prepared for my clients without worrying about missing anything.

Cons

one thing I wish it had is a built-in payment app that supports tap-and-pay payments. That would make things much more convenient for me when dealing with customers in person.

simple booking tool

Pros

One of the things I like the most is how easy it is for my customers to book appointments with my business. The system makes the whole process simple for them which also saves me time and reduces back-and-forth communication.

Cons

Solid user experience & needs smoother integration

Pros

the product was fairly easy to set up. It provides a solid user experience when it comes to scheduling and managing appointments. Some of my clients also used this system and since I was acting as the administrator, I worked with it quite a bit. overall, most of those clients seemed very satisfied with how it worked.

Cons

While it works well overall I noticed that some competitors offer more integrated services. Also the integration with WordPress could have been a bit smoother. It was not terrible but it definitely could have been more easy.

Flexible scheduling with occasional lag

Pros

its easy to schedule appointments using this tool and it's flexible enough to adjust to our specific needs. It works well for our workflow and allows us to organize our bookings in a way that makes sense for our team.

Cons

easy to use but needs a modern design

What I appreciate most is how easy the system is to use for both admins and clients. the onboarding process is simple and smooth so getting started does not feel overwhelming. on top of that, the pricing is very reasonable and the support team has been excellent whenever I have needed help.

Cons

it is excellent in terms of functionality but visually it's not very flashy. For my type of audience something with a bit more visual appeal and modern design would work better.

Supportive team is great

Pros

support team has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable whenever I've reached out. I also like that the product itself is packed with useful features which makes it a very capable tool for managing appointments and scheduling.

Cons

it is not the easiest tool to figure out on your own because it's not extremely interactive at first. However once you get used to it..... it's very powerful. The support team is also fantastic and really helpful, almost like a white-glove service.

sluggish on browser

Pros

Every time I have contacted the support team, they have responded very quickly. Not only that but they are always able to guide us in the right direction and help us solve any issues we run into.

Cons

Premium features are costly

Pros

I really like the interface of it because its very user-friendly. I don't consider myself particularly tech-savvy but even then I had no trouble learning how to use it and go through the system.

Cons

one thing I don't like is that some of the best features in it come with a higher price tag. I wish a few of those premium features were included in the basic plans because they would make the platform even better for everyday users.

Great features with limited integrations

from my experience, it offers a lot of benefits for businesses that want to manage their appointments more effectively. I found the layout very user friendly which made it easy for me to navigate and set everything up without much confusion. I also really like the customization options because they let me adjust the booking system to match my business branding and needs. Features like automated reminders, online payments and real-time availability have been extremely helpful for improving the experience for my clients and reducing missed appointments. effective tool with great support

Pros

I find the software clean, simple and very easy to use. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense so managing bookings does not feel complicated. What impressed me even more is the customer support service. Every time I have reached out to them with a question, they have patiently walked me through the solution step by step. I honestly don't remember a single time when they could not help me right away. It's reassuring to know that whenever I need assistance someone is there to guide me.

Cons

it definitely sits on the higher end when it comes to pricing. That said I do feel like you get what you pay for. Whenever I have tried cheaper tools, they simply didn't offer the same level of services and features that this one provides.

friendly tool with minor booking issues

Pros

my team and I were under a lot of pressure trying to manage a huge event with a large crowd. We had to schedule multiple dates and customize different booking options and the deadlines were getting very tight. At one point we were honestly panicking because everything felt overwhelming. then we discovered this app and I have to say I am extremely grateful that we did. the system is very user-friendly and our customers found it easy to use as well. What really made me stick with this platform is the amazing support team. they were incredibly attentive to all my questions and even helped customize the setup to fit our needs. It honestly felt like having another colleague working right beside me until everything was done. The team deserves real recognition for how helpful and dedicated they are. Pros

Using this platform has helped increase productivity in our company and has supported our overall growth. appealing design but lacks mobile app

Pros

I used this system for a class booking business and it worked really well for my needs. One of the first things I noticed was how beautiful and clean the design looks. I was able to set restrictions on client bookings based on the validity period of their class registrations which was very helpful for managing access. The cancellation and rescheduling features also worked very smoothly. On top of that, the client sign-up form was simple and easy to complete and the reminder emails helped keep everyone informed about their bookings.

Cons

reporting features didn't meet my expectations and felt somewhat limited. Another issue for me was the lack of a proper Android or iOS app for customers to log in and manage their bookings easily.

declined greatly

Pros

when I first started using the platform about two years ago, it was very easy to work with and still felt affordable for my business. Back then the customer support was also very reliable and responsive whenever I needed help. Overall my experience during that time was quite positive.

Cons

I've been using it for years but unfortunately I have decided to move away from it. The main reason is the mobile experience. The iOS app and the mobile browser version almost never work properly anymore. I know "never" is a strong word but that's honestly how it feels. After every iOS update something seems to break and parts of the system stop functioning. It makes me feel like the software is not being maintained quickly enough by the parent company in Singapore. At this point, I can only use it on my desktop which is a huge drawback for a modern business. I've contacted their team multiple times and the only response I get is that they are working on the app. Even though I'll lose the history of hundreds of clients, I've decided to leave because the system only lets me export names and addresses, not the full appointment history. It's very inconvenient but I don't feel like I have another option.

Excellent support with simple management

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about it is their support team. In particular, one of the team members I interacted with was incredibly helpful and solved my issue almost instantly. helpful integrations but expensive pricing plan

Pros

i like the integrations and API options that it provides. There are many booking customization features that make the experience easier for both customers and staff members. One feature that worked perfectly for us was the Google Calendar synchronization. It allowed our staff to block time directly through Google Calendar without needing to log into the system separately which made managing schedules much more convenient.

Cons

pricing plan that allows only five staff members for $49.99 per month felt too expensive for us. We also had some trouble with the API which was difficult to maintain even with the help of a developer. I noticed they have since added Zapier integration which might make things easier but that would probably add extra costs as well.

amazing features and needs more customization

how flexible it is when it comes to configuring it for my business needs. It offers alot of useful features but the thing that impressed me the most is the live help and the exceptional level of customer support. Even during the free trial, the support team answered all my questions quickly and often sent me direct links to helpful guides and resources so I could find the exact information I needed.

Cons

there are just one or two small areas where I think additional customization would help. For example, the design of the gift certificate emails could be improved a bit. I also think the code in those emails should be displayed larger than the price to make it easier to notice.

automatic tracking keeps capacity organized

one feature I found especially helpful was the ability to limit the number of attendees for bookings. This became very important during the COVID-19 pandemic when we needed to maintain physical distancing. The app keeps track of reservations automatically which made it much easier for me to manage capacity and ensure everything stayed organized.

Every now and then I have experienced small glitches in the reservation system. They don't happen often but they do show up occasionally.

Smooth scheduling

Pros

I loveee using it because it removes the stress of scheduling tutoring sessions for my students. The system is simple enough that parents can use it easily which makes the whole process smoother for everyone. It also helps prevent overbooking which is very important when there are social distancing restrictions. Another thing I appreciate is how easy it is to cancel or reschedule sessions whenever needed. there's a free version available so I never felt pressured to upgrade right away. The platform itself is easy to use and works smoothly. I also appreciate that the developers can help customize widgets for my website when needed. There's even a mobile app available in the App Store which makes managing bookings more convenient. I also love the integrations with different platforms like Google Analytics, the "Book Now" option on Instagram and the ability to schedule directly through Google Business. On top of that, it connects with Zapier which helps me automate many of my daily tasks.

Cons

it would be helpful if the platform added short descriptions when hovering over certain options or settings. That would make it much easier to understand what each feature does.

Impressive support!

Pros

The absolute best part of my experience with it has been the customer service. I can honestly say I've never been more impressed with a live-chat support team. Sometimes my questions are complicated or even a bit confusing but the support staff always takes the time to help me find the right solution. There are no robotic answers or scripted responses. The team genuinely cares about helping users solve their problems. It might sound strange but sometimes when something breaks, I almost don't mind because I know I'll get to interact with such a helpful and knowledgeable support team.

Cons

Some of the default views on the admin side don't really make sense to me. For example, when I open the calendar, it only shows the next three hours instead of a full week. A weekly view would make more sense as a default. Maybe it's something I can change in the settings, I'll probably end up asking support again. Also while there are customization options, I feel the platform could do more to make it look like a true white-label product.

flexible but needs more interactivity

it offers a lot of flexibility and many features that can be customized to fit my business needs. Their support team is available 24/7 and always responds quickly whenever I have questions about the software. I also find the integrations extremely helpful. The team assisted me with setting up around 90% of the data collection I needed and when the remaining 10% required more technical expertise, they stepped in and helped me complete it.

Cons

In some areas the software could be a little more interactive. That said whenever I do get confused their customer support team is quick to respond and always helpful which makes the experience much easier.

Simple system with no complaints

nice Google integration for better booking

Pros

It is extremely easy to use and it didn't take me long to learn how everything works. One of the biggest advantages for my business is that it integrates with Google which is where about 95% of our customers find us. That integration has made a huge difference for us.

Cons

When I tried to pause my account during COVID-19 the process was a little confusing at first. Thankfully.. their support team responded quickly and helped me pause the account without much trouble.

Google bookings feature is a game-changer

Reminders and notifications align my workflow

Pros

it has helped remove a lot of the stress from managing appointments for my SEO-related business work. I used to get frustrated handling bookings with different clients manually but after reading about it in an article, I decided to give it a try. I am really thankful that I did. It solved one of the biggest challenges in my business. The automatic reminder feature keeps clients informed and the platform makes it very easy to manage interactions with them. Group scheduling, class scheduling and automatic notifications are all fantastic features that have made my workflow much smoother.

Automated reminders save time

Mobile app helps track attendance but needs improvements

love the mobile app because it makes it easy for me to manage things even when I am not at my desk. One feature that stood out to me was the ability to track attendance for our group classes. It helped me stay organized and quickly see who showed up without having to track everything manually.

Cons

one thing that bothered me was how group classes only appeared on the calendar when someone had already booked them. It would have been much easier if the classes showed up on the calendar even when they were empty so that the time slot was clearly reserved. I also didn't like that the email and text message templates couldn't be customized and I wish I had the ability to edit the default client profile.

good for organizing with small improvements needed

Pros

I liked the widgets because they made it easy for me to move between different apps and programs. My schedule is usually all over the place and like most people these days I rely on several different tools. it helped me stay organized and manage everything in one place. I was also able to track attendance for some of my meetings which was really helpful. The Facebook integration was another feature I used quite a lot.

Cons

I once deleted a few appointments by mistake without realizing it right away. Luckily, they were not anything major and I also had them saved in another calendar. Still, I think the system could use a few more confirmation prompts like an extra "Are you sure?" message before deleting appointments.

easy to use but sharing schedule could be better

In my experience the ease of use with this software is truly outstanding. Compared to other tools in the same industry, it feels much simpler and more easy to work with.

Cons

Smooth to use with helpful updates

Pros

what I like most is how easy the system is to learn. The learning curve is very small and the transition to using it in my workflow felt smooth and comfortable.

Cons

Some of the things that used to be difficult to manage have already been fixed with updates which I really appreciate. It shows that the developers are paying attention and improving the software over time.

A lifesaver for managing appointments

Pros

it honestly felt like a lifesaver for me. It helps me create an organized appointment book so I never accidentally overbook meetings. The built-in calendar also keeps everything structured and easy to manage.

Pros

overall, I found the system fairly easy to get started with... although there were a few areas that took a bit more time to understand. Still, once I became familiar with it, things started working more smoothly.

Cons

A major issue I have faced is that the system and the mobile app don't always sync properly. A lot of the time, customers are not able to pay online because of glitches. Sometimes the website does not connect properly with the payment source so I can't even confirm whether the customer has paid or not. Because of this, I've had to deal with more customer complaints than I'd like.

essential tool with social media features

Pros

very easy to use when it comes to scheduling appointments. It's an essential tool that helps me stay organized and keep everything on track. I also really like the social media features especially since I'm not very experienced with social media tools.

Cons

Polished interface but missing couple scheduling

Pros

best for busy schedules

Pros

My work schedule can be pretty unpredictable and I am often moving from one side of the office to the other throughout the day. Along with my regular tasks and projects, I also have weekly meetings with different staff members. I'm really glad we use it because it helps me manage all my appointments in one place. It connects with my Google Calendar, helps me book rooms for meetings and sends reminders so I don't forget anything. It even checks if I need to schedule recurring appointments which saves me a lot of time.

Cons

there were a few occasions where I experienced small glitches while using the app on my phone. Aside from those moments though, I did not run into any other major problems and the software has been very helpful for my daily work.

one thing I've noticed is that this tool helps me keep my existing customers while also attracting new ones. Being able to manage everything from the same app has made running my business much more efficient.
