Cons

Using it has been very easy for our admins, teachers and clients. The system is simple to work with and the features can be customized to fit our needs. I've deliberately kept the setup and usage minimal for myself, my teachers and my clients so everything stays clear, simple and focused.
Cons
One small issue is the extra confirmation step required to validate a booking which some clients overlook especially when they're booking from their phones. It would also be really helpful to have a waitlist feature for group classes.
