flexible booking and data control

Pros

Getting started has been very easy for me. The initial setup took a bit of time but the process was clear and simple to work through. I've found it handles data management well and lets me manage bookings across different providers and locations.

Cons

Haven't come across any real issues with the system. We've used several other options before and this one hasn't shown any flaws for us.

fantastic support and flexible booking

Pros

After searching for ages for a scheduling app that actually works for at-home services, I finally found one that came the closest to fitting my needs. Nothing out there was perfect but it gave me plenty of ways to adapt it and make it work really well for my business. Whenever I reached out for help, the support team was incredibly responsive and I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

The platform is user-friendly, reasonably priced and packed with really useful features. Having the option to manage multiple locations is a big plus and the booking widgets for Facebook along with the mini booking webpage are very convenient. The client interface is also clean and pleasant to use.

online booking works beautifully

Pros

On both my website and Facebook, I've noticed the booking button works really well. My clients can book farm visits online without any trouble.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see is the option to allow more than one booking in the same time slot without having to create a class with a fixed time.

helpful support and perfect setup

Pros

Connecting everything was very easy for me and the system feels simple to work with. A big reason it went so smoothly is that the support team has been fantastic from the beginning and continues to be incredibly helpful.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that the software is still not fully available in German. I would want to use everything in German, both the frontend as the top priority and the backend as the next step. Since I already handled the frontend on my side, I would gladly help with all German translation work if you send me the files. Another thing I am missing is the option to offer gifts to my clients, such as a birthday gift certificate. Right now, that does not really work for my needs because I have to purchase a gift certificate in a fixed way. I would also like to see changes to the package logic. It should be possible to use a package based on a certain price across all classes that have that same price, even if the classes have different names. I offer several classes at identical prices and I want clients to be able to redeem the package they bought for any of those classes. Similar to how references can be applied to more than one class, that kind of flexibility would be very useful here too. I also really enjoy the review feature but I would like the feedback email to be customizable and available in German as well. Regarding the calendar, I can embed the it calendar but it displays the participants of a class which could create a data protection problem. For now, I have added a Google Calendar to my customer webpage instead. It would also be helpful to receive a notification whenever clients purchase a package online. On top of that, I would love to get reminders about my clients' birthdays. There may be more ideas later but these are the main ones for now.

Pros

One thing I really liked was how quickly it formatted the information for me.

stylish booking page and value

Pros

After Genbook raised its pricing, I moved all of my bookings over to this platform and haven't regretted it once. It costs less and I honestly think it's the better platform overall. I especially like the booking page design, it looks polished, modern and stylish.

Cons

Only thing missing on my end is Square integration. Aside from that, it's been a perfect platform.

clear booking tools but cluttered reminders

Pros

During the free trial, I found it to be a great option while I compared booking software for my business. It's easy to navigate, simple to use and the client history is detailed enough for me to keep track of everything clearly.

Cons

Text reminder feature still needs work because it feels flawed at times. There are also too many options in certain areas and it would be better if those were condensed into fewer, more aligned choices.

stellar support and user-friendly design

Pros

Whenever I've run into a problem with the software, the team has responded right away and kept communication excellent while fixing things or adjusting the software to fit my needs. Overall I really enjoy using it and find it fairly easy to work with.

Cons

A few features aren't very obvious and can be hard to locate. I'm not very technical so software that takes a really simple, step-by-step, "treat me like I'm 4 years old" kind of approach works best for me.
