time-saving booking automation!

Pros

It was incredibly simple for me to get started and it saves a lot of my time. I really appreciated that everything, from scheduling appointments to sending reminders, works automatically without any hassle.

Cons

I'd prefer to see Constant Contact integration instead of Mailchimp but it's not a major issue or anything that would stop me from using it.

Fantastic for studio scheduling

Pros

Managing our dance studio takes a lot less effort for me with its class scheduling software. Students can sign up for classes online without any hassle and keeping track of schedules is much more manageable. I also love the Stripe integration since payments are processed quickly and automatically which means no more following up on unpaid fees. Overall it saves our studio a ton of time.

Cons

At this point everything has been working really well. The memberships feature has been especially helpful because it makes handling recurring students much simpler.

all appointments in one place

Pros

Having everything organized in one app has made a big difference for me. I don't have to deal with constant back-and-forth messages or try to keep track of appointments in my head anymore since it's all in one place. At first, it felt a little confusing but after using it for a bit, it became much clearer and ended up saving a lot of my time. It's especially useful when my schedule is packed or I'm managing a small business.

Cons

something i'm not a fan of is that it only allows a single reminder instead of multiple reminders. Still, it's not a huge issue for me and one reminder usually does the job.

Simple classes and memberships

Pros

I found that setting up our classes was really easy because the system feels simple to use. I rely on the membership feature as well and everything works together really well.

Cons

Before this it was extremely difficult to find software that could handle both service bookings and class bookings while also supporting recurring memberships.

helpful booking tool :)

Pros

This tool has been really helpful for me in booking appointments online. It saves time and keeps everything organized for our art school. It's not flawless but it works well and gets the job done.

Cons

One thing missing is Constant Contact integration so I have to use Mailchimp instead because that connection is available there. Still, it's not a deal breaker for us.

booking that fits our studio

Pros

For my yoga business it's been much easier to manage with the scheduling app. It takes the hassle out of booking classes and private sessions for my clients. I especially like the online payment feature which makes transactions feel convenient. I also love being able to offer different yoga courses right through the app which adds to our services and keeps clients engaged. I'd definitely recommend it to other wellness businesses.

Cons

The only thing I'd still like to see is a waitlist feature added but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

Convenient scheduling for classes

Pros

Managing our piano classes with it has been really convenient for me. It makes schedules easy to handle and customers can book their time slots without any hassle.

Cons

Pros

This tool has been a lifesaver for me especially when it comes to scheduling classes and taking online deposits. Everything works the way it should and the fact that customers never complain tells me it's doing its job really well.

Cons

After using it for the past few years, I can honestly say I absolutely love it. The platform is very simple to navigate and my clients also find it really easy to use. I recently needed help from support and the response was amazing, they assisted me within minutes.

love it for booking for busy days

I feel like it's a real superhero when it comes to scheduling. It steps in, brings order to a chaotic calendar and handles bookings in a way that saves the day. Appointment mix-ups and double bookings are no longer a problem which has been a huge relief for me. The interface is also really polished and using it honestly feels like giving my brain a little break. It's the kind of scheduling sidekick I didn't realize I was missing.

Cons

My only complaint is that it still doesn't make me coffee in the morning!

Best value for scheduling

Pros

It feels like having an incredibly organized assistant keeping all of our appointments under control and it only costs us $20.

Cons

If your business needs online scheduling, this is the one to go with. It was simple to set up, comes packed with features, supports online payments and invoicing and the pricing is very reasonable. After testing around five different platforms, it ended up being the best value for us.
