saves us a lot of time

Pros

The modern and user friendly interface makes the system pleasant to work with. Updates are fast and accurate and being able to send our rates to all agencies from one page with a single click saves us a lot of time. The mobile app is also really useful because we can adjust availability even when we are away from the hotel. Another big plus is the reservation module on our website as it looks amazing, was installed at no cost and doesn't charge any extra commission.

Cons

A few parts of�it�still need improvement. That said whenever we share feedback, they respond with upgrades and add new features within a reasonable time.

Pros

Honestly nothing at all comes to mind. I signed up for a 2 year plan and after using it for just 1 year, I am walking away from it. I am more than happy to leave the remaining year behind and move on.

Cons

I paid upfront for 2 years but I am leaving after only 1 year of using�the service. The worst part is that they refused to refund the money for the unused time.

Pros

It seemed promising at first but getting any kind of help has turned into a nightmare.

Cons

Customer support is very poor. It is almost impossible to reach someone and when you finally do, they just send a link and leave you to figure everything out on your own.

More than enough hotel features

Pros

It was very easy to use and it offers more than enough features for running a hotel efficiently. Support has also been responsive and quick whenever help was needed.

Cons

One thing that could be better is support availability. The help desk or call center should really be reachable 24/7.

Pros

At first the platform is pretty easy to use which makes getting started simple. Also it connects with Wix which is what I use to run my website.

Cons

The biggest problem is customer support. Since the team is based in Europe, responses are very limited. When they do reply, the help is usually minimal or not useful. It also doesn't integrate properly with�Booking.com�despite advertising that it does. Overall I have seen very little value in using it.

Pros

The dashboard looks modern and appealing and the booking features are very useful. Managing inventory is easy too, the notification tools help a lot and the connection with major partners adds real value.

Cons

It doesn't perform well on a slow internet connection and user access can freeze from time to time. A lighter version would help. Updating photos and property details also feels a bit too time-consuming.

Attentive support is reassuring

Pros

It is like a complete, up to date and user friendly platform and the support team has been genuinely attentive. As the manager of a small hotel, it's very reassuring to know that HotelRunner is there to support us and that the collaboration feels constant.

Cons

At times moving between different pages can be a bit confusing and some features take a little time to get used to.

Support chat works great in English

Pros

One of the best parts for me is the support chat especially because it's simple to use in English. Since I am based in Turkey, that makes a huge difference. The connection to sales channels is also quick and stays fully under my control which I really like. On top of that the app is very useful because it lets me update room availability whenever I need to.

Cons

The only thing I'd really like to see added is a page that shows availability for all rooms across the whole month.

Affordable pricing

Pros

Getting started with it was not a problem and the pricing is quite affordable for what it offers. It connects to a wide range of OTAs which is really helpful for managing distribution and the free website tool is a nice bonus that adds even more value.

Cons

There is still room for improvement in the PMS side of the platform and the calendar functionality could also be refined to work better.

Very simple and user-friendly setup

Pros

Setting up HotelRunner to connect a channel manager with other web platforms like Wix Hotels was very simple and user friendly.

Cons

The only frustrating part at first was figuring out where to get support. I had to do quite a bit of Googling. It is when I noticed a support agent who was excellent and very quick to respond, actively replying to Google reviews. So later once I reached out by email, the support I received was excellent.

listing disconnect was a disaster

I have nothing good to say about this tool!

Cons

After using this software, every one of my Airbnb listings got disconnected and I had more than 40 of them. I have had to go back through everything manually just to reset pricing and all the other details. For 7 straight days, I have been trying to get a callback or even an email from their so-called support team but all I have gotten is a chatbot. This company is absolute crap. Buyer beware.
