Powerful scheduling

Pros

What I really appreciate is how simple and adaptable this tool is. Running a large campus tutoring center meant we needed something feasible to coordinate a huge staff and the hundreds of courses in our catalog. It was fast to set up, feasible for staff to learn and their support team responds within minutes whenever questions pop up. I honestly didn't expect such top-notch help at a price our budget could handle yet this product went well beyond what we hoped for!

Cons

Platform can feel a bit too basic at times. It would make a big difference to have a visible search bar for users or collapsible/drop-down tabs to hide services because we list so many options that navigating can become overwhelming.

Pros

Setting up appointments and bookings was really feasible and I like that I can connect it with other popular apps I already use

Clear availability and scheduling policies

Pros

Clients can instantly see my availability and I clearly list my rules and policies for scheduling appointments so there's no guesswork.

Cons

Can't accept payments through PayPal from my clients when I use this app which feels limiting and I also find it confusing to try to configure buffer times between appointments.

simple booking tool

Pros

My clients and I find booking and using it really feasible. I've depended on this platform throughout running my Thai massage practice and the automatic email reminders are super helpful!

Cons

I'd like to be able to open just single days for bookings instead of having to make that day available every week forever. That flexibility would really help when I need to add extra appointments. Please allow setting availability day-by-day or week-by-week for those times I have extra openings.

responsive support with personal service

Pros

What I really appreciate is that whenever we reach out for support, an actual person picks up the phone and handles every one of our questions with thoughtful, attentive care. Truly excellent service.

Cons

Unfortunately, I'm not able to pick exact appointment times when I book, the system requires me to enter broad time ranges instead. I would much prefer the option to specify precise start and end times for each booking.

Time zone issues affecting scheduling

Pros

The reminder emails were something I really appreciated because they helped me stay on top of my schedule. I could also connect my appointments with Google Calendar without any trouble. Another feature I liked was being able to create different types of appointments and adjust them whenever I needed.

Cons

One issue I ran into was struggling to view times across different time zones and my clients did too which sometimes led them to book the wrong zone and ultimately made it unusable for me.

Reliable scheduling software for daily work

Pros

installing and using the tool didn't take much effort. It covers all the features I need for my daily work. I've actually been using it as my clinical diary for about four years now. Every once in a while I run into a small issue but when that happens the chat support team replies quickly and helps me sort it out.

Cons

there aren't many real negatives for me though one thing I'd like added is the ability to have a visible record or audit trail that clearly shows when an appointment has been cancelled.

Single page service booking system

Pros

One feature I value is having a single scheduling page that shows every service my business offers. That setup makes it much easier for customers to see their options and book the service they want.

Cons

I'd like to have WhatsApp calling integrated so customers can call through WhatsApp instead of having to use a traditional phone number.

Pros

For me managing appointments across different platforms has been very simple with this tool. Everything stays organized and because of that experience I would definitely recommend it to others.

Over the years I've continued using this tool because it fits nicely into the way I work. I like that I can move between the free features and the paid ones depending on what I need at the time. Changing settings or connecting it with other apps hasn't been difficult either.

Easy bookingggg

Pros

What I like most is how easy it was for me to learn. It also includes online booking and even offers a free option which makes it very practical.

Cons

Unfortunately, it doesn't allow partial payments up front so I can't require split payments. I also can't set certain services to be available only on specific days or times. There's no way for me to add add-ons to services.

Client self booking scheduling software

Pros

Another thing that has helped me a lot is that my clients can book their own appointments through the system or they can call my attendant service and schedule through the same tool. That setup has made organizing my schedule much easier.

Cons

Honestly nothing negative comes to mind, I can't think of any complaints and I'm genuinely happy with it.

Free booking software with integrations

Pros

I help manage support for a small charity that only needs to reserve a hall a few times each week. I was able to adjust the free version of this tool to match our needs and connect it with Squareup so we can accept payments for bookings. None of the other booking platforms I checked had that kind of connection available in their free plan. Getting everything ready didn't take much effort. Our users like being able to make their own bookings and they usually find the interface easy to work with. One feature I really value is exporting booking records into a spreadsheet so I can include them in the hall's accounts without needing extra accounting software. I also like the free one-way calendar sync that shows available booking times directly on our website.

Cons

Working out whether every booking has actually been paid can be tough. It would be feasible if I insisted on card prepayment for all reservations since that makes reconciliation simpler. Because I allow payment by invoice though, there isn't a built-in, easy way to mark a booking as settled. My current workaround is to edit the booking's label and include a reference to the invoice number which is clumsy and feels like a makeshift solution rather than a proper feature.

flexible booking platform

Pros

After using this tool for about four years, it has become a very flexible booking platform for me. It includes many features that have helped my business keep going and even grow during some difficult periods. I especially like how much I can adjust it to suit different business needs. Because of my experience with it, I often recommend it to other companies.

Cons

Occasionally I notice telephone numbers fail to work when I try to use them which can be frustrating.

Limited staff permissions and refund risks

Pros

Over the past couple of years I've used this tool as a business client and have stuck with it. The booking system works well overall, it does miss a few features and can glitch from time to time but it's great for day-to-day use. Customer support has been excellent whenever I need assistance, they're easy to reach, friendly and knowledgeable. All things considered, I'm pleased to continue using this booking platform for my business even though there are plenty of alternatives available.

Cons

There should be more granularity in the permissions we can assign to staff, receptionists and similar roles. At the moment, for example, when I give someone the ability to view all calendars they automatically also gain the power to cancel appointments and process refunds which makes me uncomfortable. Mistakes happen, it's all too easy to mistype a refund amount (for example by adding an extra zero) and there doesn't appear to be any way to reverse or fix that error. Refunds are pushed through extremely quickly so any accidental over-refund is immediate, leaving me worried about the potential financial impact and the lack of safeguards.

Affordable scheduling tool

Pros

The price is excellent, I consider it very fair for how easily I can connect all my accounts through this app. It's simple to operate and I personally think the interface is clear and easy to grasp.

Cons

I do feel the tool lacks depth in features and that's something I've noticed in other apps too so it isn't unique here. I'd like to be able to mark services as online-only but since I can't, I'm forced to have clients reach out to me directly to arrange those.

Free booking software with review prompts

Pros

It is great that how easy it is for my clients to access, the fact that it's free and the clean, feasible design. What really stands out to me is the option that automatically sends a review prompt after each visit.

Cons

When I block out time I find it frustrating that the scheduler requires minutes rather than hours, for example, to reserve five hours I have to enter 300 minutes.

Confusing deposits and poor support

Pros

Unfortunately I've had no positive experiences with this platform. My clients and I have only run into problems with the booking features and the customer support team. Having used four different online booking systems before, this one stands out as having the poorest booking functionality and the weakest customer-service resolutions I've found. I'm not blaming the front-line support staff, rather, it's whoever's overseeing internal communication and decision-making who seems at fault.

Cons

The deposit shows up to my clients as a 'discount.' I spent more than 10 hours on calls with customer service trying to figure out a way for clients to secure appointments with a card without the deposit appearing as a discount that confuses them. They told me the engineering team was working on adding a cancellation fee so I wouldn't have to rely on the current deposit workaround that misleads clients. When I pressed for an expected timeline, they said they couldn't provide one but promised to message me in a week with an update. I waited for that follow-up. A week later I received a message that essentially repeated the earlier response, the technical team still couldn't give a date. Eventually I had to beg for a refund, even after explaining that this tool caused me to do more receptionist tasks than if I had booked my clients manually. Please fix how deposits are presented and be upfront about if and when fixes, implementations and resolution steps will happen. I initially signed up because of the deposit feature but the bugs created more work for me than if I had never subscribed. I have since received a refund yet I still can't understand why I had to wait so long for answers and why I had to beg to get any resolution.
