Cons

As a business owner, I've been using this tool for six years now. I turn to this app every single day to keep my appointments, client records, locations and my income and expenses lined up. On a logistical level, this software has helped me arrange my clients in the most organized way possible especially since many clients are scattered across different cities and in some cases even in other countries and time zones. Having this one tool has made it much easier for me to manage my time, juggle client needs and track earnings, all of which simplifies scheduling life and appointments from one centralized place.
Cons
Managing appointment durations could be smarter and I often spend extra time manually entering hours for clients instead of having the app automatically calculate income based on hourly rates.

While exploring MyPrivate Family Office, I noticed that potential clients can book an online demo with just one click which makes scheduling very convenient. I've also used the built-in Teleport Conferencing feature several times and it has worked perfectly for me. I haven't had any connection issues or technical problems so far.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything that comes to mind as a drawback and I'm comfortable recommending it wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Pros
Getting started with the system went smoothly from the beginning, as long as my payment processor worked with it. I was able to create services and adjust the setup to match my business needs without running into complications. I like that I can manage things such as time off, add breaks, edit appointments manually and keep track of income. There's also the option to use the API if I want to extend things with a custom backend. Another thing I appreciated is how the app manages time zone differences. Overall it has been a very positive experience for me.
Cons
On the downside, the free plan caps class size at 50 seats which is restrictive. I've been told the Pro tier removes that cap but I haven't tried the upgrade myself to confirm. Another annoyance is that payment reports only list a customer's name, if someone signs up with a common first name like 'John' and there are several Johns in my roster, it takes extra time to figure out which payment belongs to which person so I end up doing a lot of cross-checking. It would be much more useful if reports included another identifier such as an email address or a customer ID. Regarding the API, searching clients by name assumes you already have a local name database to reference, I get that pulling every customer could be a heavy payload but offering paginated retrieval or some way to fetch all customers incrementally would make integrations far easier. Finally, I noticed time zone handling only applies at appointment creation, recurring reminders seem to default to the clerk's time zone instead of the original appointment zone.

Over time, I've really started enjoying working with this tool. Whenever I have a question, the team responds quickly and the system itself stays simple which is great for startups that just need something dependable. I often recommend it to early-stage teams for that reason. What impresses me the most is the Google Calendar sync. When I add an appointment and move to the next step, it shows up in my Google Calendar almost instantly. I can also set it so events from my personal Google Calendar automatically block those times on the scheduler on my website which helps me avoid double bookings. I still really enjoy using it and plan to continue with it.
Cons
Biggest drawback is the limited payment options. There are too few ways to accept payments, only credit cards are permitted, even though payments are processed through Stripe. Since Stripe supports many global payment methods, it feels like a missed opportunity that those alternatives aren't exposed in this tool. On top of that, I would really like the ability to set up automatic follow-ups and similar automation but those features aren't available here which is a bit frustrating.

What stood out to me right away was how easy the system is to learn. The setup didn't take long and my customers also find it simple to move around and book appointments without confusion.
Cons
Honestly I find it frustrating that there isn't a feature letting me decide how far in advance a customer can book and I also can't configure booking hours differently for each day or week, the system only allows one set time per day. On top of that, there's no way for me to manually override the booking logic when I don't have hours showing as open which leaves me unable to block or adjust bookings during special closures or exceptions.

One thing that has helped me a lot is that my students and I no longer have to exchange multiple emails just to find a time that works for both of us. The system handles scheduling in a much easier way.
Cons
Great tool but I have a number of appointments that are only thirty minutes long and sometimes students need to book me on the half-hour mark but the system won't give them that scheduling option which is frustrating.

Cons

Scheduling clients and keeping my calendar organized is super simple. I also appreciate that I can personalize almost everything, even the 'color' for each service. My clients say it's really feasible for them to create and change appointments, too.
Cons
Only thing that bugs me is that the 'automated' reminder texts don't forward any replies to me. I always tell people the number the reminder comes from isn't monitored and I even type 'do not reply, contact (my number) to reschedule.' Still, a lot of clients miss that and have canceled appointments by replying to the reminder and I never got their cancellation. It's not a major problem though!
