Pros
Compared to every reservation system I have used in 20 years of running a bed and breakfast, this one offers more features than any of them.
Cons
I'd still like the option to add a couple of extra questions or set certain fields as higher priority when guests make a reservation.

“great for hospitality businesses”
Pros
It has been a really great reservation system for small hospitality businesses. Also it is easy to set up, simple to work with day to day and the customer support team has been consistently dependable whenever needed.
Cons
The biggest limitation is the lack of customizable fields. If you want certain changes made, you have to go through their customer service team and that process can sometimes take a while.

Pretty simple to navigate and pick up, even as a first-time user. In short the software looks user friendly right from the start.

I have been having trouble printing a detailed receipt from a Mac.

“everything integrate well together”
Pros
Having the booking tools and accounting features integrated in one system has been a big advantage and the reporting is really useful as well.
Cons
A handful of the reports feel a little limited although they're still far better than most alternatives.

“Handles edits and cancellations”
Pros
Our entire team was able to start using this software without much trouble. It makes handling edits, add-ons and cancellations very simple and easy.
Cons
A few additional features would make�it�even better. We host special events like showers, weddings and similar occasions so having a larger section on the calendar to enter and view full event details would be really helpful.

“Increased advance bookings significantly”

Running in a market where in-season occupancy already sits around 95 to 99%, I never expected reservation software to make such a big difference in advance bookings. I only started looking because I had to replace my old property management system after Superinns went out of business. Since switching to ThinkReservations, my advance bookings have gone way beyond what I expected and that is the only real change I made so I can only credit the software. If anyone is thinking about making the move, I'd gladly encourage them to speak with me directly from the perspective of a small inn owner. On top of that the yield management tools are pretty easy to configure and make it simple to boost profits without adding much extra work. It really handles everything I need.
Cons
No complaints at all. The transition was pretty easy because their team handled the entire conversion process, including preserving all of our reservations from the previous year.

Pros
They've really covered just about every part of the reservation process so it's rare to run into a situation or scenario where the system doesn't do what it should.

“Training new staff is quick”
Pros
It's very user friendly and simple to use and training new staff on it is quick as well.
Cons
I'd still like to see a few additional features added. What's already there works really well but more customization options and push reports would make�it�even better.

“much simpler to customize”
Pros
After 22 years in business and working with four different software systems for our 22 room inn and restaurant, this one has made a noticeable difference. It's much simpler to program and tailor to our needs which has taken a lot of work off my plate and helped the business run more successfully.
Cons
The only thing I'd still like to see is a way to mark repeat guests directly on the home screen calendar.
