Organized team involvement

Pros

For me getting different departments involved in user growth and promotional campaigns feels simple and well-organized. The process is clear, roles are defined and everyone can take part smoothly without confusion, overlapping efforts or unnecessary delays. It keeps initiatives moving forward efficiently and inclusively.

Cons

I think when people aren't trained properly it can get tough nevertheless I find it very useful and it encourages doing good work.

Costly for limited use cases

Pros

As a team we used this platform for annual performance reviews. It supported full 360-degree feedback and allowed some questions to stay anonymous which encouraged more honest responses.

Cons

I felt the cost was disproportionately high given how we intended to use the platform. While it offered continuous, year-round performance management features, our need was limited to end-of-year annual performance reviews only.

Central space for check-ins and recognition

Pros

What I like is being able to connect with every coworker and exchange virtual high-fives. Having one central space for check-ins, feedback and reviews also makes life easier for managers.

Cons

At first I found the platform a little tricky to learn but once I became familiar with it I now think it's quite user-friendly.

Repetitive survey questions can reduce engagement

Pros

Hands down the analytics and reports have been the biggest highlight for me. I can dig into a lot of data and pull insights that actually help which makes any small downsides feel manageable.

Cons

Although I could pick from a set of prebuilt questions for our scheduled surveys (we ran them twice a month), over time the prompts started to feel repetitive and predictable. That repetition drove a noticeable drop in participation and engagement around the seven to eight month mark.

Saved feedback offers useful context

Pros

For me saving questions for my manager in one place has been really helpful. Since I've worked under different managers being able to look back at past feedback gives me useful context and clarity.

Cons

I'd love a small widget or integration that would let me make quick updates from Slack or directly to my Notion page something simple so I don't have to jump between apps every time I want to note a change.

Clear goal tracking and team progress

Pros

Tracking my goals and seeing team progress feels clear and organized for me. The check-in structure has been especially helpful when meeting with my mentee.

Cons

I sometimes struggle because the interface isn't very simple and I end up clicking through multiple menus and screens before I can get to the page or feature I need to reach.

Supports goal planning and one-on-ones

Pros

Personally I like using this tool to plan my goals and set up monthly one-on-one meetings with my manager. It gives us a regular space to talk things through and stay aligned.

Cons

It prompts me for a weekly update which I can't realistically manage because there just isn't time for that many check-ins.

Consistent data for business decisions

Pros

I really appreciate the kind of data this tool provides and I value how consistently the questions are framed so you can collect meaningful metrics to guide business decisions over time.

Cons

When it comes to departments of varying sizes I don't think the tool adapts particularly well. I find the data really useful for bigger teams but I struggle to draw dependable conclusions from the smaller departments in our company.

it's great having a more discreet option to share feedback and explain how I'm feeling at work.

Cons

Modern, practical layout for everyday use

Pros

What I appreciate most about this tool is how modern and easy it feels for our team to use. I really like the layout and setup and how effortless and practical it is for everyday use.

Cons

limited support and strict billing policies

Pros

Few features of this tool are genuinely helpful particularly the customizable weekly check-in that lets me tailor questions to our needs and keeps our team accountable.

Cons

When I reached out to use the service more flexibly, their customer support proved extremely disappointing. The moment I add even one extra employee for a single day they instantly charge me and if I try to pause the service they absolutely refuse to refund, credit, or negotiate in any way.

Effective weekly check-ins and goal tools

Pros

Weekly check-ins, the goal-setting tools and how reviews are handled, those features work great for me.

Cons

From my perspective this is very company-specific and aside from the goal-setting and performance management parts I see a significant company-wide engagement gap.

simple interface and dashboard insights
