For me getting different departments involved in user growth and promotional campaigns feels simple and well-organized. The process is clear, roles are defined and everyone can take part smoothly without confusion, overlapping efforts or unnecessary delays. Cons
I think when people aren't trained properly it can get tough nevertheless I find it very useful and it encourages doing good work.

Cons

Cons
I felt the cost was disproportionately high given how we intended to use the platform. While it offered continuous, year-round performance management features, our need was limited to end-of-year annual performance reviews only.
