Pros

This tool is simple to use and makes tracking team attendance easy. The approval process flows smoothly between team members and pulling up reports is quick and simple. I appreciate how it streamlines everything without unnecessary complexity.

Cons

The interface could use some work, particularly when I'm using it on my phone, the mobile experience isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be.

“Simple & Effective for New Businesses

Pros

I find this really easy to use and get things done quickly. The dashboard gives me an instant view of who's out across the entire team which is helpful for planning. Approving time-off requests through email is super convenient, no need to log into another system. The Slack integration is a nice touch since I can check absence info right where I'm already communicating with my team.

Cons

The mobile app really needs some work and could use significant improvements.

Setting this up was very simple and I really appreciate the clean, polished design. The role management features are highly customizable which gives us exactly the flexibility we need. What I love most is that we've completely eliminated those stressful Excel spreadsheets we used to rely on for tracking employee absences. The interface is so flexible that anyone on our team can jump right in and use it effectively.

Cons

I wish they offered digital personnel data management through absence.io but that feature isn't available yet. From what I understand, they're working on various topics, so hopefully this functionality will come down the line.

I really appreciate how streamlined and focused this solution is and it feels like it was built by people who actually understand what users need. The interface is friendly and managing everything is so easy without unnecessary complexity.

Cons

Right now, it's mostly just absence management with a couple of extra features. I'm really looking forward to the digital document management features they're supposed to release later this year.
