Pros

I find it very easy to use. The reporting is accurate and fast and setting up new employees in the system is a simple process.

Cons

Overall, I am happy with the system but I think it would be really useful if they made the reporting a bit easier to use.

very simple layout

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use and how logically all the different areas are listed out.

Cons

There's no TOIL (time off in lieu) calculator which makes it pretty difficult to keep track of on my timesheet.

Simple access but hard to spot trends

Pros

Everything is easily accessible and simple to update. It saves all the relevant information I need and is easy to find my way around.

Cons

I have a hard time spotting trends with leaves or absence. It's not as easy as I'd like it to be.

logical layout but frustrating document timeouts

Pros

The simplicity really works for me, the interface feels simple and I got comfortable with it pretty quickly. The way employee information is organized really fits my needs. What I find most helpful is the logbook feature which gives me a centralized view of all HR documents. Since I'm in there pretty often, having everything laid out logically makes a huge difference in my workflow.

Cons

The customer support features aren't as easy to find as the HR functions, which makes sense since I don't usually use it for support. But what really frustrates me is the timeout issue when I'm adding logbook documents. I'll be typing for a while and the page times out before I can save what I've written. It's very annoying.

customer support is lacking

Pros

It works perfectly for our mid-sized company with around 115 people. The integration capabilities are great & it connects easily with payroll systems, learning platforms and all the other software we use.

Cons

Sometimes the initial support team doesn't have the answers to my questions or issues, and while they try, it often feels like they're not equipped to handle things effectively.

friendly ui with timeout issues

Pros

I really enjoy how simple it is. The interface is super user-friendly and you can pick it up after just a few tries. I think the organisation of the employees page is great. The logbook is also a really useful overview, it lets me check various HR documents in one concise and helpful spot. I use it frequently, pretty much daily or weekly...so I definitely appreciate the layout and how the whole interface is structured.

Cons

I don't use it for customer support stuff, so maybe that's why those features don't feel as obvious as the main HR functions. Also the timeout when adding logbook documents is super frustrating. Sometimes I'm typing for a while and the page times out before I can save what I have written.

good tools with reload issue

Pros

What I appreciate most is how simple the tools are. I am not a technical person, so when I first started using it, I was worried it might be complicated. But honestly, everything is easy to understand.

Cons

Sometimes when I try to access documents, I have to reload the website or app multiple times before it actually lets me in.

Handy vacation tool

Pros

It's very handy to be able to view my vacation days easily and book them if I need to. I can also see all my employee data in a really convenient way.

Cons

I think they should keep working on developing the interface. It could use some ongoing improvements.

Nice look but hard to use

Pros

I have to say, the colour theme is really nice and attractive. It is bright, modern and just makes the whole platform feel more inviting.

Cons

honestly, I find it's not always clear how to go through the platform.

Quick access but reports are tough

Pros

I mainly use it for the planner, uploading documents and being able to see information quickly.

Cons

I struggle with running reports especially for things like staff attendance and seeing the reasons for absence.

easy uploads with small tech bugs

Pros

pulling off a query is easy and uploading documents is just as easy. Those are two of the tasks I do most often, so having them both be so simple is a big deal for me.

Cons

Every now and then, I run into technical errors that slow me down and reduce my efficiency.

All in one

Pros

I find it easy to use and interactive. In my organisation, there's an onboarding ripple feature that I found pretty useful. You can track your time, see all your employment records, It's all in one place which means I have to access fewer systems.

Cons

interface is bit plain or "vanilla" to me. It could really do with a facelift, though that might just be how my organisation has it set up.
