“Detailed view but not simple

Pros

I can get a global view of the company with percentages, see a full history of who is in or out and dive into tons of submenus. It's pretty detailed.

Cons

Honestly I don't find it very simple and the error sounds are really annoying.

“useful features, but tough to find info

Pros

UI is pretty interactive for managing my team of 12 people on a daily basis. I love how everything stays organized and there are tons of sections where I can store employee info and it all links together so I can find what I need easily. The absence tracking feature is also great, with its visual design making it very easy to record and manage time off.

Cons

Finding what you need can be tricky since there are so many sections and features, things can get buried under multiple menu layers. I guess that's the trade-off for having such a full set of features.

“simple and user-friendly platform

Pros

I feel like its super easy to get hang of and I love how it integrates smoothly with our rota system to pull information automatically. Both the desktop and mobile versions are quick to use and navigate.

Cons

I don't have too much to complain about. The mobile app works well for my team members, though I personally prefer using the desktop version most of the time.

“simple but document duplication is frustrating

Pros

still pretty new, only been using it for about four weeks but I find it really easy to get around. It's pretty self-explanatory. Digitally signing policies and documents is very easy and it's simple to see if I have anything outstanding that needs my attention.

Cons

I really dislike the duplication. For example, I have to upload a passport for employment checks and the right to work section but then again in the documents tab. It feels redundant.

“good tool so far

Pros

Its quite interactive. The best part is having everything integrated in one place, my holidays, documents, timesheets and even my team's info.

Cons

It drives me crazy that it never remembers my password, even when I click the "remember me" box when I log in.

honestly, I think it's a brilliant tool. For me the biggest win is that it keeps absolutely everything in one place. I don't have to go hunting through different drives, old emails or separate systems to find what I need anymore.

Cons

nothing! the whole portal was designed to help me work smarter and more efficiently and it does exactly that.

“Clear view of each team

Pros

I absolutely love that I can easily see the workers in each individual department. As someone who needs to collaborate with different teams, this feature is a game-changer for me.

Cons

None so far. I think the system is top quality overall.

It is easy to use. I'm not someone who loves figuring out complicated software, so I really appreciate that I can jump in, do what I need to do.

“User friendly with great customization

I personally find the interface very easy to use, anyone can jump in without needing training. Everything is customizable to fit how we work and I can keep all employee documents in one place that's easy to find. It even sends reminders when training certificates are about to expire, so I don't have to keep track of everything myself. My team loves the holiday booking feature the most and they can request time off whenever they need to and see who else is off, which means they don't have to wait for manager approval to plan vacations. This really helps with work-life balance. The system is super reliable. I can't remember the last time it went down. The note-taking feature is also great especially when I need to refer back to something months later like tracking sick leave or absences. I use it daily and it just works.

Cons

Creating individual timesheets from scratch every day gets old. I really wish there was a way to set up a standard template that I could just tweak as needed, instead of starting fresh every time.

Pros

Booking holidays is super easy and approving requests from my team is just as simple. I also appreciate the little icons next to team members that show their current status at a glance.

Don't really have any problems with it.

covers pretty much all the HR processes we need which lets me focus on my actual management job without getting bogged down.

I struggle with the reporting and automation side of things. I find it really difficult to use.

mobile app is a total lifesaver, no question. It just makes everything so simple to access from anywhere.

Nothing to complain about from me...it's a simple system and it does the job.

“Love the personal dashboard

Pros

layout of "My Page" is one of my favourite parts. It just feels personal and relevant to me. I can see my upcoming holiday, any outstanding tasks and my team's status all in one glance without having to go digging through menus.

it does crash sometimes. Also I was not a fan of how documents were laid out before, although I think the new update is a big improvement.

“Excellent software for team reviews

Their interface looks fantastic and provides a lot of useful info without being hard to use. I really appreciate how the dashboard lets me customize what I see, cutting down on all the clicking I used to do.

Cons

Nothing major bothers me but I do think there's room for improvement. I'd love more flexibility to customize the dashboard and add extra info on it.

“Efficient and time-saving

It's user friendly and helps me get things done quickly. Training my team was easy since everything is clear and simple, with no unnecessary complexity.

Cons

Access permissions can be frustrating sometimes. I can approve timesheets myself but our nursery managers get locked out from viewing candidate information when they need it. The multi-user access doesn't always work as expected.

I wish there was more promotion of the app. I feel like people don't know about it or use it enough.

Very user-friendly. going through the tabs and screens is easy. Running reports and finding help guides is simple too. The bright colours are a nice touch. I use it every single day and never run into any problems.

It has been a huge help in cutting down all those back-and-forth emails we used to do for manual leave applications and documents.

One thing that bugs me is when I apply for holiday, it automatically deducts it from my balance even before it's approved. I really hope it only deducts once my manager actually approves it

Overall, I am happy with the system but I think it would be really useful if they made the reporting a bit easier to use.

The simplicity really works for me, the interface feels simple and I got comfortable with it pretty quickly. The way employee information is organized really fits my needs. What I find most helpful is the logbook feature which gives me a centralized view of all HR documents. Since I'm in there pretty often, having everything laid out logically makes a huge difference in my workflow.

The customer support features aren't as easy to find as the HR functions, which makes sense since I don't usually use it for support. But what really frustrates me is the timeout issue when I'm adding logbook documents. I'll be typing for a while and the page times out before I can save what I've written. It's very annoying.

It works perfectly for our mid-sized company with around 115 people. The integration capabilities are great & it connects easily with payroll systems, learning platforms and all the other software we use.

Cons

Sometimes the initial support team doesn't have the answers to my questions or issues, and while they try, it often feels like they're not equipped to handle things effectively.

I really enjoy how simple it is. The interface is super user-friendly and you can pick it up after just a few tries. I think the organisation of the employees page is great. The logbook is also a really useful overview, it lets me check various HR documents in one concise and helpful spot. I use it frequently, pretty much daily or weekly...so I definitely appreciate the layout and how the whole interface is structured.

Cons

I don't use it for customer support stuff, so maybe that's why those features don't feel as obvious as the main HR functions. Also the timeout when adding logbook documents is super frustrating. Sometimes I'm typing for a while and the page times out before I can save what I have written.

pulling off a query is easy and uploading documents is just as easy. Those are two of the tasks I do most often, so having them both be so simple is a big deal for me.

I find it easy to use and interactive. In my organisation, there's an onboarding ripple feature that I found pretty useful. You can track your time, see all your employment records, It's all in one place which means I have to access fewer systems.
