I can get a global view of the company with percentages, see a full history of who is in or out and dive into tons of submenus. It's pretty detailed.

Honestly I don't find it very simple and the error sounds are really annoying.

UI is pretty interactive for managing my team of 12 people on a daily basis. I love how everything stays organized and there are tons of sections where I can store employee info and it all links together so I can find what I need easily. The absence tracking feature is also great, with its visual design making it very easy to record and manage time off.

Cons

Finding what you need can be tricky since there are so many sections and features, things can get buried under multiple menu layers. I guess that's the trade-off for having such a full set of features.

I feel like its super easy to get hang of and I love how it integrates smoothly with our rota system to pull information automatically. Both the desktop and mobile versions are quick to use and navigate.

I don't have too much to complain about. The mobile app works well for my team members, though I personally prefer using the desktop version most of the time.

still pretty new, only been using it for about four weeks but I find it really easy to get around. It's pretty self-explanatory. Digitally signing policies and documents is very easy and it's simple to see if I have anything outstanding that needs my attention.

I really dislike the duplication. For example, I have to upload a passport for employment checks and the right to work section but then again in the documents tab. It feels redundant.

Its quite interactive. The best part is having everything integrated in one place, my holidays, documents, timesheets and even my team's info.

It drives me crazy that it never remembers my password, even when I click the "remember me" box when I log in.

honestly, I think it's a brilliant tool. For me the biggest win is that it keeps absolutely everything in one place. I don't have to go hunting through different drives, old emails or separate systems to find what I need anymore.

I personally find the interface very easy to use, anyone can jump in without needing training. Everything is customizable to fit how we work and I can keep all employee documents in one place that's easy to find. It even sends reminders when training certificates are about to expire, so I don't have to keep track of everything myself. My team loves the holiday booking feature the most and they can request time off whenever they need to and see who else is off, which means they don't have to wait for manager approval to plan vacations. This really helps with work-life balance. The system is super reliable. I can't remember the last time it went down. The note-taking feature is also great especially when I need to refer back to something months later like tracking sick leave or absences. I use it daily and it just works.

Creating individual timesheets from scratch every day gets old. I really wish there was a way to set up a standard template that I could just tweak as needed, instead of starting fresh every time.

Booking holidays is super easy and approving requests from my team is just as simple. I also appreciate the little icons next to team members that show their current status at a glance.

layout of "My Page" is one of my favourite parts. It just feels personal and relevant to me. I can see my upcoming holiday, any outstanding tasks and my team's status all in one glance without having to go digging through menus.

it does crash sometimes. Also I was not a fan of how documents were laid out before, although I think the new update is a big improvement.

Their interface looks fantastic and provides a lot of useful info without being hard to use. I really appreciate how the dashboard lets me customize what I see, cutting down on all the clicking I used to do.

Access permissions can be frustrating sometimes. I can approve timesheets myself but our nursery managers get locked out from viewing candidate information when they need it. The multi-user access doesn't always work as expected.

One thing that bugs me is when I apply for holiday, it automatically deducts it from my balance even before it's approved. I really hope it only deducts once my manager actually approves it
