I can get a global view of the company with percentages, see a full history of who is in or out and dive into tons of submenus. It's pretty detailed.

Pros
UI is pretty interactive for managing my team of 12 people on a daily basis. I love how everything stays organized and there are tons of sections where I can store employee info and it all links together so I can find what I need easily. The absence tracking feature is also great, with its visual design making it very easy to record and manage time off.
Cons
Finding what you need can be tricky since there are so many sections and features, things can get buried under multiple menu layers. I guess that's the trade-off for having such a full set of features.

I feel like its super easy to get hang of and I love how it integrates smoothly with our rota system to pull information automatically. Both the desktop and mobile versions are quick to use and navigate.
Cons

“simple but document duplication is frustrating

still pretty new, only been using it for about four weeks but I find it really easy to get around. It's pretty self-explanatory. Digitally signing policies and documents is very easy and it's simple to see if I have anything outstanding that needs my attention.
Cons
I really dislike the duplication. For example, I have to upload a passport for employment checks and the right to work section but then again in the documents tab. It feels redundant.

I personally find the interface very easy to use, anyone can jump in without needing training. Everything is customizable to fit how we work and I can keep all employee documents in one place that's easy to find. It even sends reminders when training certificates are about to expire, so I don't have to keep track of everything myself. My team loves the holiday booking feature the most and they can request time off whenever they need to and see who else is off, which means they don't have to wait for manager approval to plan vacations. This really helps with work-life balance. The system is super reliable. I can't remember the last time it went down. The note-taking feature is also great especially when I need to refer back to something months later like tracking sick leave or absences. I use it daily and it just works.
Cons
Creating individual timesheets from scratch every day gets old. I really wish there was a way to set up a standard template that I could just tweak as needed, instead of starting fresh every time.

Pros
layout of "My Page" is one of my favourite parts. It just feels personal and relevant to me. I can see my upcoming holiday, any outstanding tasks and my team's status all in one glance without having to go digging through menus.

It has been a huge help in cutting down all those back-and-forth emails we used to do for manual leave applications and documents.

The simplicity really works for me, the interface feels simple and I got comfortable with it pretty quickly. The way employee information is organized really fits my needs. What I find most helpful is the logbook feature which gives me a centralized view of all HR documents. Since I'm in there pretty often, having everything laid out logically makes a huge difference in my workflow.
Cons
The customer support features aren't as easy to find as the HR functions, which makes sense since I don't usually use it for support. But what really frustrates me is the timeout issue when I'm adding logbook documents. I'll be typing for a while and the page times out before I can save what I've written. It's very annoying.

I really enjoy how simple it is. The interface is super user-friendly and you can pick it up after just a few tries. I think the organisation of the employees page is great. The logbook is also a really useful overview, it lets me check various HR documents in one concise and helpful spot. I use it frequently, pretty much daily or weekly...so I definitely appreciate the layout and how the whole interface is structured.
Cons
I don't use it for customer support stuff, so maybe that's why those features don't feel as obvious as the main HR functions. Also the timeout when adding logbook documents is super frustrating. Sometimes I'm typing for a while and the page times out before I can save what I have written.
