Needs better graphics

Pros

I really like how easy it is to do my job with Achievers. Also the platform's employee recognition and engagement features help create a positive work culture, boost employee motivation and provide valuable insights into performance and satisfaction.

Cons

The graphics feel basic and I'd love to see more AI integration along with greater admin access to the reporting suite.

Great for team recognition

Pros

What I enjoy most about Achievers is its ability to recognize team efforts and the value that brings to our colleagues.

Cons

One thing I I like least about it is that it could benefit from better filters when redeeming points after receiving recognition.

Great peer recognition and gift cards

Pros

The feature that allows us to publicly recognize co-workers is the best. I also love being able to redeem points for gift cards.

Cons

Our employees like it a lot

Pros

This program gives our employees the freedom to select their own rewards, recognizing their hard work. With a wide range of options to choose from, it's guaranteed to bring a smile to their faces.

Cons

Overall the experience has been positive but there is one area that has been a bit challenging. It's been hard to find simple items like an Amazon Gift Card. Also searching for something previously searched should be easier.

Better photo syncing is needed

Pros

The ability to recognize others for their efforts, visible to both co-workers and managers is really valuable. In many workplaces, positive actions can go unnoticed, so it's great that good work can now be more visible to everyone.

Cons

Profile pictures are only updated when employees first join, not through Active Directory. This can make it a bit tricky to match names with pictures causing us some confusion.

Pros

I love the wide range of gift cards and merchandise available. Plus the e-gift cards are especially convenient as they arrive within an hour.

Cons

Having to use points to cover extra fees or taxes is frustrating. It used to be a straight dollar-to-point ratio but now I find myself needing more points than expected, which makes things a bit tricky.

Love this program

Pros

Well I really enjoy this program. It's perfect for recognizing hard work and providing an incentive to keep performing well.

Cons

My experience has been great overall so I don't really have complaints. But if I had to suggest something, it would be an option to transfer the balance from a gift card to a check or bank account.

This is a great way to show appreciation for the everyday tasks that employees handle. As it helps the team feel valued and recognized for their hard work and dedication. Plus Kudos offers gift cards instead of cash which is especially helpful with the rising costs of living. A gift card holds the same value as cash, just for specific stores or locations. It's also a great way for management to acknowledge employees efforts and make them feel appreciated.

Cons

I have not had any issues with its customer support. Also it is easy to use and provides help whenever needed.

Pros

Achievers is an amazing tool for offering recognition and praise to colleagues. Whether it's for something like a birthday, work anniversary or retirement or for helping others with work achievements, coaching or any unrecognized efforts, it's a great way to show appreciation.

Cons

I don't have any negative comments about it as it is a great tool for boosting morale. And though it is not mandatory and I would not expect it to be but I think it would be more beneficial if used more often.

Overall an amazing tool

Pros

It is a great platform that encourages employee engagement through recognition and rewards. It allows both peer-to-peer and manager-to-employee recognition, reinforcing behaviors that reflect company values. Plus its user-friendly interface and data-driven insights help leaders track engagement trends and take actionable steps to boost morale and productivity.

Cons

The current system at my company limits the number of points that can be shared each month, with fewer points allocated to non-leaders. This makes it harder to recognize more than three people at a time.

Great for team engagement

Pros

I love that Achievers encourages us to recognize our colleagues. It creates a supportive and collaborative environment. Plus it's a fantastic perk to earn rewards.

Cons

Well the marketplace does not always have the newest products, nor does it consistently reflect fair market value. For example a reward I wanted was 1,100 points but it was available on Amazon for $450. I often end up saving points or converting them into gift cards instead.

Pros

In my opinion it is a great application for promoting a culture of appreciation and teamwork through easy to use recognition tools.

Cons

Some users find it difficult to track recognition history but I have not had this issue. For me finding past recognitions and tracking history has been easy.

The best for recognition

Pros

The idea of celebrating teammates and being celebrated in return is something every workplace should embrace and I am glad this platform rewards that kind of behavior.

Cons

Pros

I really enjoy being able to send small gifts to my colleagues to show appreciation for the things they do. As little gestures like that go a long way.

Cons

For a while the create recognition button was not available and it was frustrating. I had to submit a support ticket but no one followed up for a week. When I asked again, they mentioned they were working on it but didn't provide an estimated fix time or a follow-up update.

promotes positive reinforcement

Pros

Well I like how this platform promotes positive reinforcement with incentives. Also it is great that these recognitions are public and can be further supported by others.

Cons

I do not enjoy constantly being reminded to give out points. The emails can get a bit repetitive though I understand the reasoning behind them. There is an option to unsubscribe but it does not specify what you are unsubscribing from weekly updates, spending reminders, etc, as it is just a generic marketing unsubscribe.

The idea behind it is truly outstanding

Pros

I love the whole idea behind this program as it's a fantastic way to make sure teammates get the recognition they deserve. Plus earning points and choosing rewards is a big motivator to use the program consistently.

Cons

As a newer employee, I often do not recognize the people on my feed. So it would be helpful if more employee details were shown in a subtitle or pop-up when you hover over their name like their title or manager's name.

Pros

It is so easy to recognize my co-workers and I really enjoy the GIFs available to make the posts more fun.

Cons

Builds a fun workplace community

Pros

I enjoy the sense of community this program creates in the workplace. It is a fun way to acknowledge each other and get rewarded. Also the UI is great for the most part as I like the simplicity and the easy, user-friendly navigation.

Cons

What I do not like is that you have the option to follow others but following them does not seem to make any difference. I thought I would get birthday or anniversary reminders for people I follow but that's not the case. Also the profile section could use improvement. I wish the activity section showed up the way it does in the community newsfeed, instead of just listing it.
