Acsendo platform aligns well with our organizational development of the brand, integrating processes and providing comprehensive follow-up for each employee through concrete evaluation results generated within the system.
Cons
It does not appeal much to users due to the way evaluations or results are presented. And it lacks variety in its design and could be more visually engaging which I feel like would help increase user acceptance.

What I like most is how simple and convenient the learning process is, with progress tracking and detailed reporting. Also the customer support team is very responsive and always ready to assist us.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that there is a lack of documentation and tutorials available in English.

I love how customizable the platform is and it's also very visually appealing.
Cons
It would be helpful if the admin user could be trained to reset passwords as this is a common issue. Right now support is needed for this,but being able to handle it on our own would lead to faster responses.

Acsendo software is very user friendly for the end user, with excellent customer service making it easy to manage performance effectively at a reasonable price.
Cons
Well it is very user-friendly for end users but it's a bit complex for administrators when defining parameters or creating surveys. It is less user friendly in those areas. I feel like the report generation could also be improved by making it more concise and incorporating simpler graphs to reduce page length and focus more directly on what needs to be communicated. Additionally the implementation times seem a bit rigid and some processes could be automated for greater efficiency.
