Pros
From a planning perspective it gives our product team a clear picture of who's available, who's on leave and how upcoming time off could impact sprint schedules and release planning. The visual calendar is particularly useful since it lets us see team availability at a glance and helps us anticipate capacity changes ahead of time.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is having more automated reminders for pending approvals especially during busier planning periods.

Pros
Having this tool in place makes it much simpler to handle time off, work schedules and resource availability from a single system. The calendar layout gives a clear picture of who is on leave, who is working remotely and which projects could be impacted. It saves a lot of time compared with managing all of this manually.
Cons
More notification and reminder options would make it even better.
