“Simple feature rich system
Pros
What stands out to me is how simple everything feels. I get good support when needed, there are plenty of features to work with and the layout stays clean and easy to follow.
Cons
One thing I would personally like to see is a reminder feature that notifies all users about upcoming colleague holidays since that would help improve planning for me and the team.

Pros
Managing time off and absences has been pretty simple for me. The system keeps things organized without adding extra steps.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about the system or support since both have worked well for me whenever I needed help.

“perfect reporting :)
Pros
I've found it easy to make updates whenever needed and running reports to track absences doesn't take much effort. It also helps me spot patterns like repeated absences and having employee details stored in one place saves me time.
Cons
There have been a few situations where I requested changes and they couldn't be implemented which was a bit disappointing for me but I do appreciate that my feedback was still taken seriously and considered for future improvements that might benefit others.
