“easy clock-ins but limited visibility
Pros
We can clock in and out multiple times without any issues and the whole system is really easy to use.
Cons
Whenever I try to download claims, the system often freezes or stops responding so I usually have to restart the process. Also it is hard to see how many employees are on leave each month unlike other apps that show a calendar view which helps staff check if there is enough coverage before requesting time off.

Pros
The app is pretty user-friendly especially for everyday tasks like managing leave, handling claims and running payroll. Generating bank files and reports is also really convenient.
Cons
There is nothing I really dislike about it.

“Manual pDF conversion is a hassle

I can submit claims right from the app and the interface is also simple and easy to navigate.
Cons
When I download claims reports, the supporting documents like receipts or statements cannot be saved directly as PDFs. I have to copy them into Excel, adjust the formatting and then convert them manually.

Cons
