easy clock-ins but limited visibility

Pros

We can clock in and out multiple times without any issues and the whole system is really easy to use.

Cons

Whenever I try to download claims, the system often freezes or stops responding so I usually have to restart the process. Also it is hard to see how many employees are on leave each month unlike other apps that show a calendar view which helps staff check if there is enough coverage before requesting time off.

user-friendly for everyday tasks

Pros

The app is pretty user-friendly especially for everyday tasks like managing leave, handling claims and running payroll. Generating bank files and reports is also really convenient.

Cons

There is nothing I really dislike about it.

Manual pDF conversion is a hassle

Pros

I can submit claims right from the app and the interface is also simple and easy to navigate.

Cons

When I download claims reports, the supporting documents like receipts or statements cannot be saved directly as PDFs. I have to copy them into Excel, adjust the formatting and then convert them manually.

Pros

It lets us customize the leave settings to match our company's policies and the payroll function is simple to operate.

Cons

I like more flexibility in generating reports to get a bigger picture from the company's perspective as of right now, it is tough to do deeper analysis.
