“Effective payroll system
Pros
This platform does everything I need and more. The support team is not only friendly but always proactive, ready to assist with any issue that comes up.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems with them so far. Whenever I need support, they're always really helpful and quick to assist me.

Every time I reach out with specific questions, the support team gets back to me quickly and provides great answers.
Cons
It does require some basic knowledge to use it effectively but it's more of a "reach out when you need help" kind of approach. There's not much guidance that anticipates what I might need next.

I love all the resources available to me. The reporting features are flexible and having knowledgeable staff always ready to help is a real game-changer.
Cons

“Reliable, though room for improvement

Our HR business partner has been amazing! She responds quickly and always offers helpful advice. When I had trouble getting answers from other ADP contacts during and after our implementation, she stepped in and saved the day. Having her support has made all the difference.
Cons
The benefits implementation was frustrating. My assigned specialist had poor communication and took an unusually long time to finish even the simplest tasks. After we downsized and had to switch from Paychex to WFN instead of Vantage, the entire process felt more complicated than my past ADP experiences. I really hope this was just a one-off issue since I've never had problems like this with their other rollouts.

“interactive interface with fast, helpful support
Pros
The interface is very interactive and easy to use. If I ever get stuck, troubleshooting is easy. I can usually figure things out on my own or turn to the tons of videos and SOPs available. The support team is quick to respond and they can walk me through almost anything. I rarely have to wait for an answer and even for more complicated issues, I get a response within 24 hours.
Cons
no issues to report from my side. Their HR and analytics features work really well for me. They make it so much easier to create reports and share data with leadership. Everything feels much more organized and streamlined now.

Getting started was very smooth and quick, the entire process was so easy that I barely had to put in any effort. It didn't take much time at all to get everything up and running and before I knew it, I was all set and ready to go.
Cons

Sometimes, the support team seems inexperienced. There have been times when I've been using the platform longer than some of their staff and I actually know more about payroll processes than the person helping me.
