Nothing stood out, unfriendly interface

Pros

I honestly did not find anything that stood out to me personally.

Cons

The user interface of this HRMS is not very user friendly and definitely has room for improvement.

Disappointing experience, poor support

Pros

There is not really anything I like about this software.

Cons

Our overall experience has been pretty disappointing. We have had a hard time getting the product team to deliver useful HR analytics reports, track talent movement or provide mid-year performance review forms. Their customer support has not been much help either.

Automated HR tasks

Pros

Our company moved away from paper-based processes and brought in Adrenalin to automate most HR tasks. Now we handle all leave and time-off requests through the app. It also manages other needs, like requesting HR documents, tracks our daily attendance and stores employee details securely.

Cons

I have had issues with the attendance tracker as it does not always register when I clock in and sometimes I cannot even sign out. Also the design feels outdated.
