“a smarter alternative to 360 feedback”
Pros
I have been a Tilt365 practitioner for about 15 years. The Agility Growth Tracker replaced traditional 360 feedback in my coaching practice because it removes the defensiveness that peer ratings create. Clients actually engage with their results instead of bracing for criticism. The overuse/underuse framing gives me better coaching conversations than any other assessment I have used. Leaders immediately see where they are over-indexed and can connect that to real situations. The visual reports make debriefs easy, even with clients who are skeptical of assessments. What keeps me coming back is the repeatable design. Clients can retake it unlimited times over 12 months and see their own progress, which builds motivation and ownership that a one-time report never produces. The AGT measures balance across 12 character strengths and highlights where someone may be overusing or underusing specific strengths. That overuse/underuse framing is where the richest coaching conversations happen, because it reframes development as calibration rather than fixing weaknesses. Leaders respond to that distinction immediately. The reports are visually intuitive. The Tilt Stack, the polarity view, and the character strength graph all make the debrief process straightforward, even with clients who are new to the framework. Client's can immediately view their report and within minutes they are pointing to the patterns themselves. It also pairs seamlessly with the True Tilt Personality Profile, sharing the same framework and language across both tools, which makes scaling from individual coaching to team development seamless.
Cons
The tool is designed for ongoing use, so buyers expecting a single definitive readout may need a shift in expectations. The value, though immediate, builds over multiple administrations.
