I have been a Tilt365 practitioner for about 15 years. The Agility Growth Tracker replaced traditional 360 feedback in my coaching practice because it removes the defensiveness that peer ratings create. Clients actually engage with their results instead of bracing for criticism. The overuse/underuse framing gives me better coaching conversations than any other assessment I have used. Leaders immediately see where they are over-indexed and can connect that to real situations. The visual reports make debriefs easy, even with clients who are skeptical of assessments.
