This software is fantastic because it lets you choose only the features you need which makes it highly adaptable to your business requirements. As your business evolves, upgrading it is simple and seamless.
Cons
So far, I have not faced any major problems that need addressing. Everything is running smoothly without any notable concerns.

Pros
Switching to Akrivia HCM from having no HR system at all has been beneficial for our organization. The range of functions and features available is astounding. We can now monitor employee details and PTO in one centralized location. Akrivia HCM has greatly enhanced our efficiency and effectiveness.
Cons
The software is performing very well, and I have noy found anything I dislike. My overall experience has been positive.

Cons
Occasionally, the mobile app does not record employee punches accurately which causes the HR department to adjust them automatically. This can be a bit inconvenient.
