“AI and Automation simplify HR tasks
Pros
Its focus on AI and automation simplifies tasks for People teams, freeing up time so we can focus on work that truly adds value to our business and organization.
Cons
We have had some trouble exporting time-off data to our payroll system and this feature could use some improvement. Currently there is no way to filter and export by period e.g the month of July. Instead we have to go through each row individually which is quite time-consuming.

“isappointing time tracking and poor support

Alexis provides a sleek, modern interface that integrates seamlessly with Slack making communication easier. The platform also includes a strong goal-setting and review section making it easy to track and evaluate performance. Together, these features create a smooth user experience.
Cons
My experience with it was very disappointing. The time tracking feature does not meet expectations, especially when it comes to managing overtime and paid absences. This issue makes the software unsuitable for the German market or any company that requires time tracking. To make matters worse their customer support team ignored our inquiries, leaving us feeling abandoned after the initial purchase.

“Poor support and bugs never fixed

The integration with Slack is very useful as the AI allows us to pull some data directly through Slack.
Cons
Customer support is very poor. They claim to assist but bugs are never fixed. Instead the user like us is blamed for the issues. Time management is a disaster too as almost every employee had errors due to a system bug. It took months to fix this bug but the support team continued to insist that it was functioning perfectly. The problems were never acknowledged. You can log absences but they are not linked to the timesheets. Holidays and sick days are counted as missed time which is incorrect for Germany. The profile display in it is disorganized. Custom fields can be created for profiles but they rarely integrate into the onboarding and offboarding workflows. You also cannot set reminders for custom fields. The permission distribution is too rigid. Also compensation details are poorly displayed and hard to follow. You cannot schedule changes and document creation options are not fully developed. There is no integration with Datev for payroll processing.

“Simple slack integration but needs more flexibility
Pros
Its ease of use and smooth integration with Slack make it simple for our coworkers to navigate and collaborate.
Cons
Well it is frustrating that part-time sick leave cannot be registered for an extended period and has to be done day by day. I also wish there was more flexibility in reviews and the option to select intervals like trial periods.

The platform brings all key HR functions such as employee data, time-off requests and payroll into one easy to use interface. This integration has managed our processes, saving us time and reducing errors. The payroll feature simplifies payment processing and the time-off system is efficient with quick approvals and clear transparency. Also its customer support has been excellent too. They offer fast, personalized help which is essential for a fast-paced company like ours. This support ensures any issues are quickly resolved, letting us focus on growing our business instead of managing data. So I highly recommend it to any startup looking for better HR management tools. As it is truly a game-changer for workforce management.

There is no integration with our EOR Remote.com yet but we hope it will be added in the future!
