“Dependable payroll system with great service
Pros
Using this product daily has been great for me. After trying other payroll systems, I've stayed with this tool because it's easy to use, updates are well communicated and customer service is outstanding.
Cons
The ACA component confuses me every year and getting clear explanations on related issues has been challenging.

“slow customer support
Pros
I especially find the system simple to navigate once I got used to it. The onboarding and HR documentation areas make my work easier and running payroll has become a quick routine task.
Cons
I've experienced slow customer service response times and training wasn't as thorough as I hoped. I had to learn some parts myself and follow up repeatedly. The ATS setup also had glitches with job feeds to Indeed which took time to resolve.

“Convenient and interactive tool
Pros
The employee MyPay portal is my favorite part. It lets me send reminders, collect acknowledgements and answer team questions easily. It keeps communication open with every employee, no matter where they are.
Cons
Managing PTO across multiple companies is tricky for me since our setup depends on job roles and hours worked. This tool has created reports that make it easier, though which I appreciate.

“Feature rich system with responsive support
Pros
It stands out with its wide range of useful features and responsive support. Every issue I've had was resolved quickly and the follow-up always makes sure I'm satisfied.
Cons
The reporting feature isn't my favorite since it can be tough to build reports myself but the helpdesk always steps in quickly and delivers what I need.

I can move through the platform easily and even teach myself how to use new reports and features.
