“Effortless payroll and onboarding
Pros
Running payroll and onboarding feels effortless for me. Whenever I have a question, customer service is quick to respond and always follows up until everything is resolved.
Cons
Sometimes I wish this tool could handle everything, including employee benefits but I respect that they focus on doing what they already do exceptionally well.

It makes payroll easy and convenient for me, guiding me step by step in a way that's simple to follow and understand.
Cons
I've had a great experience using it and haven't run into any problems. Whenever I do have a question, their customer service team is quick, friendly and helpful.

“Easy navigation and reliable support
Pros
Everything is easy to navigate and understand. The support team has always been helpful, knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issue I come across.
Cons
I'd appreciate a more detailed user guide within the system. Some topics are covered in the help section but not all, having one complete resource would save time and reduce the need to contact support.

We rely on the payroll and new hire features and they've both been consistently reliable and easy to manage.
Cons
The only difficulty I faced was during initial setup training, if the right information had been provided from the start, the transition would've gone much more smoothly.

The program feels simple to me, I barely needed any training. Whenever I needed help, a quick call was all it took.
Cons
Getting started was tough for me because communication was inconsistent and we lacked the technical know how to handle the setup. It took some trial and error but everything's running properly now, even though it was frustrating at first.

“Helpful support during onboarding
Pros
Even though onboarding was complex, I found the support staff incredibly responsive and helpful. The live chat and phone assistance make handling small technical issues much easier.
Cons
The GL process has been frustrating for me. Even with a simple chart of accounts and using QBO, the lack of a built-in API plugin made things complicated. Having to work through the developer portal myself felt like a lot for an end user.

“Smooth HR category navigation
Pros
Navigating between different HR categories feels really smooth. I love that when I click into something like HR or Employee, all the related tabs are right there it saves me from constantly going back to the main menu and makes everything flow so much better.
Cons
Only real issue I've noticed is that integration between Swipeclock and Alliance could be smoother. It would save time if time-off categories synced correctly without needing to be entered twice.

While I appreciate the ATS features, I do wish it included things like text to apply, automated interview scheduling and a customizable career site like some competitors offer.

We really like how simple it is to process bi-weekly payroll. Having PTO and sick balances easily available helps a lot and I'm glad this tool takes care of our tax filings too.
