“Collects anonymous customer feedback
Pros
Most of the time the customers I work with prefer to send feedback anonymously so I find this tool really useful in those situations. It lets me collect their input without revealing the customer's identity.
Cons
I've only been using this for a few days so I'm not fully aware of all its limitations yet. I'm still running it regularly to try and uncover any potential weaknesses.

“Simple and easy-to-use interface
Pros
I find the interface refreshingly simple...... clean, uncluttered and really easy to use. It just makes sense from the moment you open it so there's no steep learning curve or confusion. It's the kind of simplicity that actually makes you more productive because you can focus on the task not the tool.
Cons
What I find limiting is that there's no option to run boolean searches or any other kind of word search across cases, chats and attachments.

“Manages reports for small HR teams
Pros
What I like is that it can intake reports and make them manageable. I find it fairly easy to navigate and for smaller companies with limited internal Employee Relations resources, I think it serves as an excellent support tool.
Cons
What frustrates me is how we let employees label their complaints, most of the time they pick the wrong category and it creates extra work sorting them out.

One thing I really appreciate about this program is how convenient it is to use and I value the immediate, anonymous feedback it lets the team receive so we can learn about different situations reported by our coworkers without revealing who submitted them.
Cons
my colleagues still hold back from using the tool because they're worried it might expose them as the sender so a lot of folks don't open up as honestly as they probably should for fear of being identified.

having a private hotline where employees can confidentially raise complaints or voice concerns matters a great deal to both management and staff. I also find this solution very easy to roll out to our workforce.
Cons
pulse survey feature still needs significant improvement, it lacks many of the tools employers need to create and distribute a polished, user-friendly survey experience for our staff.

As both administrators and regular staff, we find this platform incredibly simple to navigate. We've gotten very positive responses from users and we consider it a genuinely useful tool for our team.
Cons
I felt the price was somewhat higher than what other providers were charging when we compared options but I appreciated how flexible they were and how willing they became to negotiate so it would fit within our company's budget.

User interface is extremely approachable and friendly for customers, it comes across as much more inviting to me.
Cons
One thing I'd highlight is that it needs to be explicitly stated it can function as a whistleblower hotline for large private or public companies.

the tool allows anonymous reporting and feels much more approachable and modern compared to the usual hotlines. On top of that, I find it incredibly useful for tracking all kinds of cultural feedback, letting me analyze the data to spot trends or bubbling issues over time.
Cons
For me it's frustrating that I have to pay extra for certain upgrades which, in my opinion, should be included in the standard basic plan.

“direct leadership feedback and pulse surveys
Pros
For our company, this platform has become so much more than just an HR hotline, it serves as a direct line to senior leadership. We rely on it to give our founders a real sense of the organization's mood and to stay aware of what's happening among staff. What I value most is the option to message employees anonymously, that capability helps us dig into the real story behind issues. We also run pulse surveys through the system to gather questions for our all-hands and our employees, agency temps and contractors frequently say they appreciate having a discreet way to escalate concerns when necessary. Over the last two years I've seen this tool noticeably increase psychological safety at our workplace and I genuinely believe it has prevented several potential legal headaches. I'm convinced it also played a major role in reducing the number of negative Glassdoor reviews we were getting.
Cons
Whenever I suggested improvements, the AV team actually listened and acted quickly, often I'd mention an idea and shortly after they'd rolled out a change that made the tool better for us. That responsiveness was refreshing and really showed me how open the team is to customer input. Overall I've been pleased by how receptive they are to feedback and how willing they are to iterate based on our needs.

Pros
interface is convenient and mirrors the way our team already operates which is a huge step up from the old-fashioned 'employee hotline' setups. I appreciate that the company keeps improving the product, for example, they introduced a DEI module to handle diversity-related workplace issues. On top of that, their encryption gives my colleagues and me real confidence that submissions remain anonymous.
Cons
I can't think of anything I actively disliked. That said I do see room for continued tweaks and refinements that could enhance the overall experience and the team has consistently been receptive to feedback and quick to act on it when suggestions come in.

We now have an anonymous way for employees to raise concerns and talk about situations that trouble them and it lets our HR team connect with staff early so they can tackle problems before they grow.
Cons
We had to dedicate time to the initial configuration because getting the setup right is essential for it to work well.
