“customizable recruitment workflow”
Pros
Setting things up didn't take much effort for me and the workflows made it easy to start entering data early on. I like how flexible the recruitment process is, since I can keep it simple or add multiple steps and approvals. It also connects well with Microsoft Outlook which helps with scheduling and managing the database feels easy with labels that I can export when needed.
Cons
Having a smoother mobile experience would really help me, since I feel it would encourage daily usage more consistently from my team and make the software more accessible anywhere.

Pros
Sending out automated replies has saved me a lot of time. It handles repetitive communication with candidates, including rejection messages so I don't have to do it manually.
Cons
One limitation I noticed is that I can't view the answers to screening questions before opening a candidate's CV which slows down my initial review process.
