“user-friendly with excellent support”
Pros
Altamira platform is pretty easy to use and their customer service is quick to respond whenever we need help. The account management team is also great, always providing excellent support for any new requests or discussions. The multiposting feature works really well too and the keyword search for CVs is very efficient.
Cons
I am not sure what to say as I have not found any drawbacks.

“decent tool but occasional report issues”
Pros
It is really easy to use and the updates are always interesting. The features are helpful too and the platform allows us to follow the selection process quickly and smoothly.
Cons
Occasionally, a report submitted through the portal gets lost but whenever that happens, I can easily resolve it by calling them directly.

It's user-friendly and easy to get started with, making it simple to manage CVs, conduct interviews and efficiently read and archive them
Cons
We often receive the same CVs for completely different positions so it would be ideal to have some filters to help with that.
