AI-powered talent search

Pros

Talent sourcing has actually become exciting. The simple interface combined with AI-powered search reveals candidates who genuinely match our company's needs. It doesn't just stop at finding them either.. it helps unlock their potential by highlighting strengths we might have otherwise missed.

Cons

For me one drawback is the learning curve for newcomers as it can take quite a while to get comfortable with all the features and capabilities. I also think the pricing tiers are somewhat confusing for certain users to figure out.

connects with top tech companies

Pros

I've found this platform really helpful for quickly locating top tech companies that are hiring, it connects me directly with their hiring processes which has made landing jobs and internships much easier.

Cons

After using it for a long stretch I honestly can't point to anything I dislike about it. In my view it's a great 9/10 overall.

Friendly, easy hiring process

Pros

This tool makes the hiring process simpler, friendly and less exhausting and I find even non-tech-savvy team members can navigate it comfortably.

Cons

Overall there's not much to criticize but I'm not happy with the dashboard layout, the functionality is great yet sometimes the interface feels awkward to use.

Pros

Top candidates are easy to locate and I can review their professional background social footprints, work history, skills, endorsements and recommendations.

Cons

At times it takes me a long time to vet their background and to enter all the required details which can be quite time-consuming.

advanced search convenient

Pros

aI-powered tech candidate sourcing

Pros

When I'm trying to hire tech people like software engineers, data scientists, ML experts, or UI/UX designers, this tool has become my go-to. It pulls tech profiles from a wide range of places, LinkedIn plus developer and design communities such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, Behance and Dribbble and claims over 50 sources in total. The AI sourcing works really well, with a single click I can have relevant candidates appear where I want them. I can also sort results by things like a congreatated rating, GitHub commits, or Kaggle score which helps me prioritize faster. Beyond the AI search, there's a very easy and simple search bar I like using, it lets me add or exclude conditions like keywords, company, or title and even predicts keywords as I type while suggesting additional terms likely to surface good matches. The filtering options are extensive and the contact finder returns both personal (which I appreciate) and professional email addresses, plus phone or Skype details when available so I can choose how to reach out. Their machine learning checks skills and background credibility and the candidate information I received was often surprisingly insightful. The Chrome extension is great, too and the tool helps enrich data from just an email address, I can push prospect details into our ATS and even review a candidate's professional history directly from my inbox.

Cons

It's fairly pricey from my perspective and right now the only integrations available are with Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters, I'm really hoping they add more connectors and offer better pricing soon so teams with different stacks can adopt it without breaking the budget.
