“Clear survey layout with progress bar”
Pros
The survey questions are really clear and straight to the point. The layout is super simple, no clutter or confusion. And I love that there's a progress bar, so I always know how much I have left. It makes the whole thing feel quick and easy.
Cons
When I finish a survey, I think it would be interesting to see some stats, like how many people responded or what the trends are in certain parameters.

“secure platform for engagement surveys”
Pros
This tool gives me a user friendly platform with plenty of features for building engagement surveys. The multiple options and built in data security make it a reliable tool for collecting actionable insights. I especially value the detailed reports and recommendations it provides by analyzing responses which helps us improve employee wellbeing.
Cons
On a small mobile screen, I find it a little difficult to use smoothly.
