“Outstanding customer service

Customer support has been incredible! Our representative handles any follow-up questions and requests after setup and with ongoing support incredibly well and I always receive a fast follow-up every single time!

Cons

I'll be honest the hardest part for me was switching over to something new. We moved during a period when the whole interface was changing so several of my team had gotten used to the old layout while the updated view was still optional.

“amazing bulk texting capability

Pros

One feature I really appreciate is the bulk texting capability. It allows me to message many candidates at once in a fast, simple and efficient way which ends up saving a great deal of time during the hiring process.

Cons

The most frustrating thing is the lack of a way to move people I've hired into a separate folder. As a result they keep getting messages about new openings which leads to confusion. I'd really like an option to clearly segregate hired staff from active applicants.

Pros

I find it's website very simple to use and largely self-explanatory. I appreciate the monthly QA trainings, they're a real bonus and extremely helpful.

Cons

To date my experience has been outstanding and honestly I can't identify anything about it that I dislike.

It is so simple to understand. I can text candidates effortlessly and make use of all the features which really organizes my recruitment process.

Wasn't thrilled with the new interface at first but the more I use it each day the better it becomes. The updated features are actually excellent and simple.

I do find the processes can be a little repetitive at times and that slightly affects the overall user experience.

I can access it easily and keep a close eye on potential hires. It lets us view candidates, contact them, track their status and initiate the onboarding process in only a few clicks

No complaints here. Overall it's been an excellent experience for our facility. We've been using it for roughly two years and have seen great results.

Honestly I've found that many applicants don't grasp the job descriptions or required qualifications which creates confusion about whether they actually meet the position's needs.

This software offers the simplest hiring workflow out there. From onboarding and preparing offer letters to being able to talk in real time with potential associates, it handles everything smoothly.

I can't think of any drawbacks. In my experience, every interaction has been consistently positive and trouble-free.

Maybe it's just me yet I constantly have to hit the back button to view other applicants. There has to be a more efficient way to browse them.

I would like a customer service phone line in addition to the chat feature since I learn more effectively by speaking with someone live and there are times I need answers urgently. The chat can be slow and doesn't always meet that need.

What I appreciate most is its user-friendly interface. It keeps me organized and maintains an accessible archive of relevant candidate information.

I'd love a shortcut right on a candidate's profile that takes me straight to the messaging thread (all emails and SMS) so I don't have to hunt for communication history.

I'm really fond of the drip campaign that reaches our candidates after they submit an application via both email and text. I also like that within the app we can choose to message them by text or by email separately.

To be frank there isn't anything that I dislike. The software truly meets and supports our company's hiring needs very well.

Impressed with their customer service. They're consistently quick to respond, extremely professional and routinely go out of their way to help.

My least favorite change is the updated interface. It feels less user-friendly and more difficult to get around than the previous version. Admittedly, I probably haven't given it a fair amount of time to adjust.

Finding any applicants I need is really simple with this app and I can also keep them organized by position so it's easy to manage different roles.

There's hardly anything about the app I don't like. I use it every day and haven't come across any features that bother me at all.
