“Excellent ATS
Pros
I highly recommend it for any in-home healthcare provider. Their job-posting tools are fantastic for boosting visibility across all major and third-party job boards and I've found their ATS to be top-notch. I also appreciate their strategic tie-in with myCNAjobs and the Customer Success Support Team have been incredibly helpful and responsive.
Cons
The main area where I see room for improvement is establishing a more strategic integration with AxisCare and better data synchronization between systems.

“improved our recruitment process
Pros
As a hiring manager I find the User Access features amazing for both myself and applicants. I can easily track and follow up with applicant contacts which keeps everything organized. Compared to the platform I used before, the whole recruiting workflow feels significantly improved when I use this. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
I'd like to see an option to reply directly to applicants from the email notifications. It could already exist but my email protection settings block that functionality for me so I can't use it.

“enjoyable experience with organized applicants
Pros
My initial experience has been genuinely enjoyable. Having worked with several different hiring tools, I've noticed that it strikes a good middle ground by keeping applicants neatly organized by status while I search for and evaluate potential new hires. It makes tracking their progress through the hiring pipeline simple and efficient.
Cons
One limitation I've found is that the only place I can view candidates after their status changes is the Employees tab which can be a bit restrictive. Apart from that I'm very pleased with it and how it supports our recruiting needs.

“User-friendly tool
Pros
I find it very easy to use and an excellent tool to work with. Whether you're tech-savvy or just getting started it's an app anyone can handle now. The texting function is superb and my preferred way to contact candidates.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much I dislike. It helped me a lot when reaching out to clients. If forced to complain I'd say the app can be overly sensitive. Occasionally potential clients received unexpectedly duplicate text messages.

“Highly customizable
Pros
The hiring workflow has been outstanding and I really value how much you can customize the platform. It lets us shape our processes to fit our team's specific needs.
Cons
I've noticed a few small glitches that slow down our workflow. For example status updates don't always refresh automatically unless I manually reload the browser and it seems some statuses are baked in and can't be reordered or edited to suit how we operate.

“simple to reach out to candidates
Pros
I appreciate how simple it is to message candidates, modify job postings and move through the calendar. The older release is the one I stick with and I find it really solid and reliable.
Cons
I dislike that the system can become sluggish at times for example when I archive several candidates in a row my whole page will freeze. There are also occasions when updating job listings drags on and causes the interface to lock up. On top of that getting support through the chat can be slow and I often have to wait longer than I'd like.

Pros
The interface is very well-organized and I find it extremely easy to handle. I also appreciate getting emails when applicants apply because they remind me to check the site.

I really like how simple the communication tabs make things especially with automated emailing and text messaging features. It also supplies useful autofill information.
Cons
Occasionally I struggle to locate archived candidates especially when responses are delayed by the candidate and messages get pushed back which makes searching frustrating.

“simple platform with text option
Pros
Found the platform really simple to handle. Being able to text candidates makes it quick to reach out and arrange interviews. More often than not we receive applicants the same day we publish a job.
Cons
Setting it up initially was pretty difficult when I followed only the online guides. I honestly think I would have picked up more if the training had been in-person and hands-on.

It is easy to identify qualifying candidates for the specific position they applied to which makes screening much simpler.
Cons
I'm not keen on the 'New Look' interface. I much prefer the classic layout because it's simpler for reaching out to applicants and for spotting new submissions as they come in so please retain the ability to toggle back from the new design to the classic one.

I was able to track candidates very effectively and set up templates for messages when reaching out to people who applied.
Cons
For our workflow we ultimately had to stop using it because there were many missing features and persistent issues with the software

“easy document upload function
Pros
One thing I really like about it is how easy it is to use. I can upload documents into the system and have them sent directly to applicants so they can fill them out without extra effort.
Cons
What bothers me most about it is that I never receive an alert when someone finishes one of the documents I sent. It's entirely possible there's a setting to enable notifications but I haven't found or configured it yet.

The whole process is really convenient and fast to work through. The platform really speeds up finding the perfect candidate and makes the whole search quick and easy.
Cons
Sometimes when I click on a job it sends me to the job posting itself rather than straight to the list of candidates which makes finding applicants more complex.

I find this platform really simple to handle and it's been an efficient way to bring on new team members. I'd definitely suggest it to others because it beats most hiring apps.
Cons
Archiving has been a real headache for me. I wish there were an option to view every applicant without them disappearing into some archive. Still I find the app easy to use and an effective hiring tool and I would recommend it because it's better than most hiring apps.

When we moved a staff member onto our other software platform I saw it as a great chance to tighten up how we operate. The updated system brings better features, more user-friendly workflows and it fits our agency's compliance and documentation needs much more closely. By supporting staff through the change with organized onboarding, helpful training materials and consistent follow-up, we empower them to do well and underline our focus on efficient, top-notch care coordination.
Cons
I was frustrated that it gave me so few filtering options when I screened caregiver applicants. Not being able to filter candidates by gender made it harder to honor some clients' preferences or specific care needs. I do appreciate the need to keep hiring fair but having more adaptable search filters, particularly for positions that involve personal care would let us pair caregivers with clients much more effectively.
