“Makes performance reviews almost enjoyable”
Pros
Appraisd really gets employees involved as it almost makes them look forward to performance reviews. From setup to launch, I found it simple and very easy to use.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints because as a performance appraisal tool it meets every requirement and I like how flexible it is letting me create my own forms and tailor the workflow.
