“shapes our culture for better
Pros
I really like how user-friendly this app is. Overall it is pretty simple and easy to navigate which our teams really appreciate. The color scheme also fits perfectly with our brand. Also I am impressed by how much Appraisd helps shape our culture as we use it for OKRs, KPIs, performance reviews and evaluations. For me it's been a real game changer.
Cons
Overall nothing much to say as I am finding the tool works just fine for now.

“Quick rollout with fast adoption
Pros
We brought in Appraisd to automate the review process and save time for both employees and managers. It was easy to roll out, fit our needs right out of the box and staff picked it up quickly.
Cons
Nothing major but I think the training tools could be improved so the system can store training records and help define clear development paths. Also linking rewards to feedback and shout-outs might encourage more use since employees don't always see a clear benefit right now.

“Easy operation without much guidance
Pros
I am really pleased with how easy it is to operate. Also the layout is user friendly enough that even on my initial try I didn't need much guidance and it efficiently accomplishes what I need.
Cons
While it serves performance review purposes well I feel it falls short when it comes to more advanced performance tracking and management features that teams often need.

Pros
It is easy to navigate as my team didn't need any training and we had it fully operational for all employees within minutes.
Cons

“saves everything with a supportive team
Pros
We moved from paper to this platform which was a big shift for those of us used to printing and keeping hard copies. But after the first use, no one wanted to go back. Because it is simple to use, quick to set up and even easier to navigate. The team has been very supportive too as they have made tweaks and added features based on our feedback. For me the biggest advantage is being able to jump in and out of the system and trust that it saves everything I've entered.
Cons
Well the biggest challenge is not related to the software but it's getting people to try it. Some stick with paper out of habit not because the tool is bad. Sometimes the platform feels a bit slower than mouse clicks which can be a little annoying but honestly I have never used a site or computer that never slows down.

“Simpler appraisal with Facebook look
Pros
The latest update gives the app a Facebook-like look and the appraisal process is much simpler as employees can just follow the on-screen steps. The team also made changes based on user feedback which has really improved how easy it is to use.
Cons
Previously the layout wasn't very user friendly but I can honestly say that after the update it's hugely improved.

Pros
I've only begun using this tool but I find it very user-friendly and it appears to cover all facets of personnel management including monitoring employee performance and outlining career progression paths, among other things.
Cons
So far there aren't any drawbacks I can point to. So only time will tell. But I still need to learn more about upgrade pricing since the cost of future upgrades could potentially become an issue down the road.

Well I get excellent support from the helpline as they respond immediately whenever I have questions.

“Tracks feedback with anytime updates
Pros
This is a great tool for tracking feedback, reminding me about check-ins and keeping our team's growth on track. Plus I like that I can add my own notes so my manager always has timely, relevant info. It is also helpful not to have to wait a full year for a review as goals can be updated anytime so progress stays current and visible.
Cons
We need a much clearer, simpler way to show and teach managers how to use the system. There are multiple stages and features and right now it feels like yet another tool for managers to learn which can be overwhelming without straightforward guidance and training.

Pros
Appraisd is a cost-effective choice for staff performance reviews and I like the degree of flexibility that lets a company adjust appraisal processes to meet its specific requirements.
Cons
Because it's cloud-based we occasionally notice glitches when saving review data but I suspect those problems might stem from our own website or internet connection.

“Clean interface with excellent support
Pros
I really like the clean, simple interface as it makes software easy to use so I can focus on the conversation instead of struggling with the tool. It also helps make appraisals feel less like a boring checkbox task. I can even export all the data which is great for spotting trends and development needs. People who use it tend to like it. Plus the platform is updated regularly and customer support is excellent as they listen to feedback and act on it.
Cons
There is not a lot I don't like although I am looking forward to the upcoming improvements for manager reporting and analytics. Also I know more advanced insights are on the way and that will be welcome.

“Easy implementation with instant messaging

Implementation was easy, both technically and for getting people started. Customer support is very responsive too. And since I am in Canada I really like being able to send an instant message anytime I have a question or need an update.
Cons
Well we rolled this software out in 2017 and back then it lacked a number of features which forced us to build some in-house workarounds. Over the last year, however it has stepped up and added several useful and well-executed features. My only other complaint is that occasionally there have been software bugs. For example the organizational chart failed to populate at times but that's a relatively minor annoyance in the bigger picture for our team.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use and very flexible. Also it is excellent that you can customize it in numerous ways to fit our organisation. Plus the staff consistently respond promptly to any queries. Their customer service and aftercare are impeccable. So yes I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Cons
Overall I am very happy with the system but there are a few things that could be better. For example being able to set the exact time for appraisals would help. Also more training materials to help employees learn the system fully would be useful.

“Centralized appraisals with helpful support
Pros
I like that it stores every employee appraisal for our company in one central spot and gives a great timeline showing upcoming due dates, the next review and similar milestones. Also there are lots of capabilities built in but they do take a while to learn and personally I relied heavily on several support sessions and walkthroughs from the customer success team, who were incredibly supportive and helpful.
Cons
The abundance of features can feel overwhelming and some of the labels and phrasing left me confused until I worked through them.

Pros
It is really easy to use. As it doesn't have loads of extra features to pull me away from inputting and scoring objectives and the layout feels clean and uncluttered.
Cons
Since the app is pretty basic and does not have many features I expected it to be easier to use. But the way it handles new vs. old goals and completed vs. current ones feels confusing and not well thought out.

This app is incredibly easy to use and highly functional. Overall it looks good, has great reporting capabilities, allows me to customize forms and their customer service is really helpful.
Cons

It is very easy to use but you can also make it as advanced as needed and customize it for each role. I also really like the email reminders as they are tailored to our needs and have been very helpful.
Cons
One frustrating thing is that the admin dashboard always shows every appraisal by default, whereas I only want to view those marked In Progress or overdue. Also I can't figure out how to adjust that default filter and if this is something I'm missing on my end, please tell me how to change it!
