Pros
I love that I can always reach real people when I need help. It's easy to schedule training, chat with support, or ask questions anytime. The reporting is simple and gives me exactly what I need. They're also flexible and open to customizations when we need something outside the usual setup.

It's super easy to use and helps me manage everything for the apprenticeship program while staying compliant with DOL requirements. The support team is quick, professional, and focused on solving our unique needs.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't had complaints. They listen to feedback and actually add requested features, like rosters, different invoice options, user access levels, and evaluations.
