Organised my workflow

Pros

The approval process is fast and easy. Plus, I can download a PDF with signatures for my records. Setting everything up was easy and whenever I ran into issues, their support team responded right away with solutions.

Cons

The PDFs always download with a "%" symbol in the filename, so I have to manually rename each one before uploading to QuickBooks. It's definitely a problem.

Functional approval tool with great usability

Pros

I love how simple this tool makes timeoff and paycheck approvals. We desperately needed something more organized than all the scattered dms and email threads but it's still user friendly. Setting up our workflows was surprisingly quick and easy plus being able to handle requests directly through Slack is awesome. The mobile app has been a game changer too and it makes everything so much more convenient when we're out of the office. What I love most is how interactive everything feels. The interface walks you through the setup in a logical way and I never have trouble finding what I need. Having the mobile option has been huge for us especially since we manage a lot of business tasks while traveling.

Cons

The mobile app feels very basic right now. I can't create workflows or edit requests on my phone which would be really helpful. Although, the CTO did mention they're already working on adding these features.

Reliable software with excellent support

Pros

I personally like the "Mailbox" feature, it let us build our process exactly how we needed it. Their customer support was amazing, helping us set everything up through live zoom sessions. When we needed the pdf approval confirmation file customized, they turned it around really fast. I love how I can choose different communication channels for each approver, it makes things so much more flexible.

Cons

I've run into a few small glitches here and there but the support team has been really fast at fixing things whenever I reached out.
