“Friendly setup and support...”

Pros

Platform is very easy and the interface feels user-friendly. Setup was simple, there's plenty of support available and the whole process was very hassle-free.

Cons

I really haven't run into anything I dislike about the product. The only limitation is that it isn't extremely customizable.

The software's base layout feels fluid and simple to use which makes day-to-day navigation much more pleasant.

The only downside is getting it implemented on the internal network.

Since switching to Acquire TM, we have received numerous excellent applicants. The software's user-friendly nature makes it highly recommended.

Customizing options requires additional expenditure, but apart from that, I have no complaints.

It works really well for a smaller company. The interface is user-friendly, new users can pick it up quickly and the support has been outstanding.

Since we're a mid-small company, I can see how a larger business might run into limits with the available features. The price was also a bit higher than I expected although the quality of the support helps balance that out.

Pros

Getting started with it was pretty easy especially as a first candidate management system. The customer service team was also receptive and responded well when we shared suggestions for added functionality.

Cons

If you're not paying for the enterprise tier, the customization options feel fairly limited. There were also times when getting technical support took longer than expected.

The applicant tracking and onboarding tools have been really helpful and the system is user-friendly with a layout that's easy to navigate.

This was incredibly simple to use and the setup process was just as easy. The support team has been there every step of the way and the whole journey, from the initial inquiry to the purchase and then implementation, felt really convenient.

Cons

Honestly there's very little not to like. We've been very happy with everything overall. If there's one thing we regret, it's not buying it sooner.
