“Comprehensive tool with powerful analytics

Pros

I really value how it brings everything together, payroll, attendance, recruitment and performance management, all in one platform. It saves time, reduces errors and helps me make better decisions with its analytics. The self service portal also makes things easier for employees.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues so far but I'll know more with continued use.
