“Fast but not efficient

Pros

I really like how quickly it pulls up resumes and it usually does a great job matching them with the job descriptions. Pretty accurate sourcing!

Cons

Sometimes it pulls completely random resumes that don't even match what I'm looking for. For example, when I search for software engineers, I'll end up seeing HR people instead. I think it's probably an issue with keyword matching.

“Simplifies hiring process

Pros

I love how customizable the search options are compared to other platforms. Plus, having chat support available 24/7 is super convenient.

Cons

I've had trouble filling some of the tougher positions we've been recruiting for.

“Disappointing experience, don't use it

Pros

The support team is friendly but it's like they have no idea about the major functionality issues with the software. There's definitely a big communication gap between the sales, support and tech teams.

Cons

AI features aren't really useful and the data quality is pretty bad. Everything seems outdated and full of errors.

Pros

Their cutomer support is always quick to respond when I have questions or need help with training. Everyone I've worked with follows up consistently and really pays attention to the details.

Cons

After using this system for five years, I honestly can't think of any major issues. It's a bit difficult to use when you first start but it's nothing too difficult to get the hang of.

Honestly, recruitment automation features are outstanding. They're intuitive, powerful, and incredibly easy to use

“Good value for what you pay

Pros

It offers great value for money and has a user-friendly interface. I can quickly pull resumes and filter candidates just the way we need. It works perfectly with our ATS (Leo Force) and together, they've made our workflow so much smoother.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems yet since we're still getting used to everything but the resume fetching process has been very smooth and easy so far.
