Pros

The functionality is outstanding, it combines powerful features with an incredibly intuitive design. The pop-up tips are genuinely helpful, pages load in a flash and the search tools are so effective they make finding anything so easy. It all comes together to create a wonderfully smooth and efficient workflow.

Cons

I like that it's web based since I can log in from anywhere but I do wish there was an option to purchase it as downloadable software too.
