Pros
Whenever I ran into a bug with the arrows for navigating candidates in the pipeline, the Support team jumped in to help and escalated the problem until it was resolved. We've successfully centralized candidates' data, interviews and feedback, along with offer letters and tracking, all within one platform. That has given me clearer visibility into our recruiting efforts and how they're progressing.
Cons
I'd like to see a dedicated suggestion page for feedback or reviews. While I know feedback can be sent by email, it would be much better to have a centralized place to submit tickets or requests so the support and product teams can review and evaluate them.

“Limited filtering and weak insights”
Pros
For me, this tool keeps our candidate pipeline organized in a way that makes it simple to see which applicants need my attention, I also appreciate the pipeline's visual layout.
Cons
I find the filtering options pretty limited, I'd like the platform to provide deeper insights into candidate trends and themes and maybe show percentage-based probabilities of advancing candidates according to set criteria clearly.

“Smooth onboarding with strong guidance”
Pros
This platform offers a range of capabilities I haven't seen in other applicant tracking systems and I was able to navigate the interface with ease. The onboarding felt smooth and the support team stood out by guiding us carefully through integration and answering questions quickly.
Cons
We did notice a few drawbacks: reporting sometimes glitched during the busiest parts of the day which could become expensive if your organization is particularly large. Also, several features lacked customization options which made it difficult for our team to capture some of the specific data points we needed for analysis and reporting.

“Easy referrals and job sharing”
Pros
Viewing internal job postings is easy for me and referring candidates through the tool feels easy. I also find it simple to share posting links directly to my LinkedIn profile.
Cons
Signing into the platform is really stressful for me because it won't let me use a Google sign-in the way most websites do and that feels inconvenient.

“Calendar access caused privacy issues”
Pros
For our hiring team, this is the only tool I've used that supports loop-style interviews by assigning the same Teams link to every interviewer. I find this greatly simplifies coordination.
Cons
I discovered that when we used the tool it didn't preserve interview privacy: with calendars linked in, schedulers could access detailed events on other people's calendars which created significant confidentiality concerns for my team.

“Simple hiring workflows”
Pros
the system makes reviewing resumes, evaluating candidates and moving applicants through interview stages very easy. I really value the reminder notifications that keep everyone on schedule, along with the reports and dashboard templates that help track metrics and support analysis.
Cons
To be honest, there isn't much about this tool that bothers us. If we have to mention one small downside, customer support can sometimes take a bit longer to respond than we'd prefer, that said, they do reply within a reasonable timeframe, so it hasn't been a major problem.

Reporting dashboards stand out to me as being far ahead of what I've seen in other ATS platforms.
Cons
From my experience, it's less user-friendly for line managers compared with other ATSs and I feel this will largely hinge on the skillsets of the managers who are using it.

Built-in AI actually delivers useful results in my experience. I find the dashboard easy to understand, simple to customize and convenient to manage remotely without hassle.
Cons
I do have to log in several times during a session which gets frustrating. Also, the candidate discovery capabilities aren't as strong as I'd hoped and need meaningful improvement.

This application feels very simple to navigate and I appreciate the wide range of practical features that simplify candidate handling. For me, it makes the entire recruitment workflow smoother for everyone involved.
Cons
After I merge duplicate profiles, I still see both records remain stuck at the stage where each one was originally created, even though the system offers a merge option, this behavior is confusing and undermines the merge function.
