“Poor Background Check System”

I really can't find anything good to say about this software, it's been a total letdown from start to finish.
Cons
Their customer service is absolutely terrible and their background checks are unreliable. They completely missed felony charges on a new hire's report, claiming only partial matches on name and DOB made the report "invalid." When I questioned why they didn't investigate further or contact the county, they tried selling me an additional service for candidates to self-disclose criminal activity. It's ridiculous that I'd need to pay extra for something they should've caught in the first place. Their failure to properly verify partial matches puts companies at serious risk.

We mainly use this platform for background checks, drug tests and other pre-employment screenings. It's really helped us find the right candidates and has become a super reliable part of our process. The best part is how fast it is and results usually come in under 24 hours and it's thorough without wasting time. Plus, it works perfectly on both desktop and mobile, so I can check everything while I'm on the move. I also love how it pulls in candidate info automatically instead of me having to upload it all manually.
Cons
The only real issue I can think of is that there aren't many complaints to mention and this tool has been problem-free for us. Finding flaws feels like a stretch since most challenges we've encountered were resolved quickly. It's rare to come across software that's this reliable without obvious drawbacks.
