Very user friendly. Allows my organization to stay in compliance with regulations.

Pros

The system is very user-friendly. I especially like the feature that lets me copy and paste new job postings from previous ones.

Cons

That would be great if the software could email me when a new application is received. Otherwise, I have to log in daily to check for new applicants.

Easy to track and follow up with prospective employees.

Pros

I can easily move prospects into different tracking categories and set up automatic responses. The ability to leave notes, schedule follow-ups and generate reports on prospects is very useful.

Cons

Finding features like the change password option can be tricky. Also, it would be great if we could sync the ATS calendar with my Outlook calendar at work.

Great software for the price

Pros

The software offers great value for its cost. Customer support is excellent and it is always easy to reach someone when needed.

Cons

The system did not integrate with our HRIS as initially promised. It also needs to set an easier process for handling internal hires.

ATS OnDemand is easy to use

Pros

It automatically pushes job postings to several job boards, so I do not have to manually list the position on additional sites.

Cons

Occasionally, there are HTML code errors that mess up the font sizing. Although the support team eventually resolved the issue, it took some time.

Good Product

Pros

It is easy to use and configure. I also like the knockout question feature and the automated email/letter system. The customer service is fantastic and very helpful in customizing the software to meet our specific company needs. It integrates well with other HRIS systems.

Cons

I cannot use fillable federal forms the way I want. The information prints directly on the form rather than using a form builder.

Great Software

Pros

It allows to connect directly to a candidates LinkedIn profile, which is perfect. The system is easy to use, organizes candidates well and streamlines the process effectively.

Cons

Navigating through resumes can be challenging. The candidate display screen gets busy but overall, the product is good.

Best Stand Alone ATS

Pros

This company offers a unique perk that other ATS solutions do not and the price is unbeatable. I recommend going through a demo and asking the right questions. Also, the option to customize the functions to meet our needs is fantastic and their customer service is dependable. They had us up and running within two weeks of signing the paperwork.

Cons

Learning to use the system takes time, as with any new platform. Webinars are helpful, but it is essential to work with your team to manage the system properly. Despite the learning curve, getting used to its functionality is demanding an extra bit effort.

Easy to use, highly effective

Pros

The ease of use, excellent customer service and customization options are fantastic. The product offers great flexibility, especially for seasonal hiring.

Cons

It would be really helpful to have custom fields for rejection letters, as well as the option to send mass rejections to all candidates in a workflow instead of having to click through each one individually.

Not the best and not the worse either

Pros

The standout features for me are the ability to update our postings, track candidates and save screening questions.

Cons

Transferring applicants to our onboarding system can be a bit cumbersome because there are fields that must be completed before "hiring." Some of these fields are outdated or no longer relevant. Sending letters to applicants who weren't hired can feel redundant. Additionally, it would be nice to modify notes for applicants without having to delete and re-enter comments.

Great system

Pros

The product is easy to use and offers practical workarounds. Customer service is significantly better than with previous companies I have used.

Cons

I have not come across any major cons so far. We had a few integration issues at the beginning, but they were quickly resolved and the system now works well with our requirements.

Easy to use for tech-savvy, but an affordable ATS solution

Pros

It could not be easier to use for our non-technical staff. As long as you have tech-savvy managers, you are all set.

Cons

I am not impressed with the onboarding tool. It is an area where I did like to see improvements. Otherwise, the functionality of the system is just okay.

ATS On Demand - Great Interface, Responsive Support, Seamless Integration with HRIS

Pros

The dashboard is excellent, providing a lot of useful information on my home screen with a clean graphic interface. Navigation is simple and it offers great visibility as candidates progress through the recruiting flow. It integrates seamlessly with our website and HRIS, sending hired applicants directly to the payroll system. Any issues we have encountered have been resolved quickly and efficiently, and the tech support is outstanding.

Cons

Configuring reports can be challenging as you really need to be tech-savvy to get the results you want. There are several standard reports available, but pulling specific data into the format you need can be tough. They seem to be working on upgrading the reporting feature, which should be an improvement.

Pros

The system has a lot of functionality, with numerous training sessions and webinars. It reaches out to many people, allows applicants to apply through our website, and covers all aspects of the application process.

Cons

It requires a significant time investment to understand all its features. One would need to attend multiple training sessions to fully utilize its capabilities.
