Needs a little more improvements
Pros

Its quite affordable, and, though its basic, it gets the job done effectively.

Cons

I find the reporting feature to be quite unfriendly. I do not receive notifications when notes are added, and it does not sync with my calendar. The webinars are brief and not very helpful. Even when I requested a full demo or training, they struggled to navigate the reporting features. Additionally, the onboarding process often gets stuck.

Solid applicant tracking platform
Pros

Our each recruitment process benefits from its applicant tracking tool, and ATS OnDemand delivers on that front. They've made significant progress in recent years, adding features like onboarding and other tools to streamline hiring. My experience with customer service has been excellent as the responses are prompt and issues are resolved effectively.

Cons

I have had doubts about the accuracy of some functions. For instance, it's difficult to tell if issues with a candidate resume are due to their format or if the software misread it, particularly when using advanced keyword searches or other tools to narrow down the applicant pool. The scheduling feature could use some improvement and the reports require development unless you're using one of the standard templates.

This system has tremendous potential, but sometimes falls short of a full-service product.
Pros

It is quite functional, and once you are familiar with a specific job, navigation becomes pretty simple. It performs as you did expect from an Applicant Tracking System.

Cons

The software is missing a functional CRM component, which is essential for managing candidate pipelines effectively.

Excellent Automated Recruiting and Applicant Tracking Solution
Pros

The system is user-friendly, with an impressive home page dashboard featuring good analytics. Navigating the site is simple and job posting and applicant tracking are quick. It integrates well with the HRIS system and the recruiting and workflows are smooth which makes candidate movement and record-keeping easy. Tech support and customer service are excellent and it simplifies AAP data collection and reporting.

Cons

Configuring reports, especially custom ones, is quite challenging. Since the company is not based in California, our forms do not get updated automatically when new state laws are passed regarding application questions. Although they update forms quickly when requested, we cannot rely on them to keep up with current laws and regulations on their own.

Pros

It is easy to learn and pairs well with job sites like Indeed and Glassdoor.

Cons

A little difficult to find past candidates with specific skills. The system does not properly track or provide history on the steps a candidate has completed, such as interviews. I wish the system would start notifying applicants if they have not thoroughly completed the employer section. Additionally, applicants manually entered into the system cannot register, and I am not a fan of the Experience template. it would be better labeled as Required Qualifications.

Pros

Integration with Paylocity is flawless. The system operates smoothly on its own with user-friendly tools and efficient candidate flow.

Cons

Our job postings reach multiple recruiting sources like Indeed, so I do not have to worry about posting on various sites individually. This feature saves me both time and frustration.

Cons

Updating or writing questions is quite time-consuming. It would be much more better if I could update a batch of questions at once rather than having to do them individually.

Much easy to use. It simplifies the process of finding and placing the right employees. I can quickly locate the best candidates and position them well.

Cons

Occasionally, when I delete people, they reappear in my feed. I wish there were a way to keep them off the main screen, like a button to mark them as "unable to hire" or add them to a no-go list.

We have used the service for a year now, with me as the administrator and five hiring managers.
Pros

Most importantly, it works. Having used many SaaS solutions over the years, I have often been let down by sales promises. However, ATS OnDemand has exceeded my expectations. We have streamlined our hiring processes, saving time for our hiring managers and enhancing the candidate experience. The system integrates seamlessly with our HRIS for onboarding and we have recently added applicant assessments with impressive results.

Cons

This is not the most advanced system I have used. There are more feature-rich options out there, but they come with a higher price tag. For our medium-sized business, we wanted a good system at a budget-friendly cost and ATS OnDemand has delivered. The scheduling feature can feel a bit clunky at times, but it's continually improving and offers solid value for the price.

Pros

It is very easy and simple to post on all sites and how it filters into top job posting websites. Managers have access to their candidates, and we can track their progress excellently.

Cons

I cannot customize letters for each open job. It is just a standard template. When someone applies to multiple positions, they receive the same rejection email. It would be helpful to include the specific job in the text.

Wonderful Experience so Far
Pros

The option to customize the software to fit our companys needs is a major advantage. Additionally, their partnership with job boards was a key selling point for us since many large job boards allow posting through ATS OnDemand for free.

Cons

The portal can be overwhelming for newcomers. Additionally, its not possible to forward emails in bulk through the portal.

I can easily move prospects into different tracking categories and set up automatic responses. The ability to leave notes, schedule follow-ups and generate reports on prospects is very useful.

Pros

This company offers a unique perk that other ATS solutions do not and the price is unbeatable. I recommend going through a demo and asking the right questions. Also, the option to customize the functions to meet our needs is fantastic and their customer service is dependable. They had us up and running within two weeks of signing the paperwork.

Cons

Learning to use the system takes time, as with any new platform. Webinars are helpful, but it is essential to work with your team to manage the system properly. Despite the learning curve, getting used to its functionality is demanding an extra bit effort.

Not the best and not the worse either
Pros

The standout features for me are the ability to update our postings, track candidates and save screening questions.

Cons

Transferring applicants to our onboarding system can be a bit cumbersome because there are fields that must be completed before "hiring." Some of these fields are outdated or no longer relevant. Sending letters to applicants who weren't hired can feel redundant. Additionally, it would be nice to modify notes for applicants without having to delete and re-enter comments.

ATS On Demand - Great Interface, Responsive Support, Seamless Integration with HRIS

The dashboard is excellent, providing a lot of useful information on my home screen with a clean graphic interface. Navigation is simple and it offers great visibility as candidates progress through the recruiting flow. It integrates seamlessly with our website and HRIS, sending hired applicants directly to the payroll system. Any issues we have encountered have been resolved quickly and efficiently, and the tech support is outstanding.

Cons

Configuring reports can be challenging as you really need to be tech-savvy to get the results you want. There are several standard reports available, but pulling specific data into the format you need can be tough. They seem to be working on upgrading the reporting feature, which should be an improvement.
