“Simple app and vigilant support team
Pros
I am impressed by how simple the app is to use. Whenever I've had a question the team responds quickly and helps iron out any issues so they get fixed fast. They're genuinely great to work with.
Cons
I don't get any email notifications when applicants submit their applications which means I can miss new applicants unless I check the app manually.

“Impressed by simple interface and support
Pros
I've been using it for just over a week now and so far I'm really impressed with it. The interface is simple and it fixed the issues we were running into with Indeed without costing much. What has stood out the most is the sales and customer support , they're consistently helpful and follow up very well. Whenever I've had a question they responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of which I truly appreciate.
Cons
Some of the fields for posting jobs are limited and could use additional selections to better reflect certain roles. For instance, after I pointed out to the sales representative that "manufacturing" wasn't available in the industry dropdown, they were quick to add it the next day.

Pros
The customer support was fantastic and I received step-by-step guidance throughout so my post would be as impactful as possible.
Cons

“very easy with automatic posting
Pros
It is extremely user friendly and what I appreciate is that it automatically posts my job adverts across several job boards, using important keywords so they appear in search results. I've had excellent results finding candidates and it's been simple to track and organize them inside the platform smoothly.
Cons
I'd love to see more features added, for example asynchronous video interview functionality would be really useful.

Pros
Before VivaHR, I was paying another service thousands of dollars each month and getting no results. Since switching, it has been responsible for nearly all of my hires!
Cons
Honestly there is not much I dislike, what trips me up is tracking which source a candidate came from , locating each candidate's source is confusing and I likely just need to dive into the documentation more.

“easy tracking with some glitches
Pros
Its very easy to keep track of candidates and I value that I can tailor what details we gather about each person. Our team finds the built-in questionnaires really useful and I like that we can message applicants directly inside the platform. Moving people from applicant through each hiring stage to an eventual hire is simple. We've also seen strong applicant flow and managed to hire thirteen people in the past six months.
Cons
Occasionally the system is awkward when I'm trying to separate candidates who are disqualified from those still progressing through the workflow. I often have to click through several screens to find the applicants who are active and it can be cumbersome to go from an email notifying me of a new submission to viewing that person's full application. They've fixed some problems already but it still gives me the impression of a fairly new company that's continuing to develop the underlying technology for the product.

When applicants can review our values and culture profile, I find it makes it much easier to filter out candidates who are not a fit.

“Easy multi-board posting
Pros
I really like that it makes it easy to post to multiple job boards with just one simple posting.
Cons
Because we operate in Central Time, I sometimes struggle to get ads posted before the 4 or 5pm EST Friday cutoff which can be frustrating.
